Space Marines don’t even get winded just going for a sprint. Space Marines only begin to show signs of exhaustion after multiple days of constant fighting and no rest. Also, .75cal bolters are old school, Great Crusade era stuff, most commonly, the Phobos pattern. Modern bolters, like the Godwyn-Diaz, or MKII Cawl, use .998. So it’s pretty much a 4-Bore rifle that fires a rocket assisted round designed to detonate once embedded in the target. Not even Astartes armor can stand up to bolterfire for long, as even if the shots don’t score any penetrating hits, the detonations blast chunks out of the armor plating, even straight up fracturing the whole plate, and fat lot of good that armor does you when it’s jingling like wind chimes in fragments from the undersuit.
