I’m like 60% sure that’s not how their power armor works at most. I can see her shutting down the reactor in the power armor making them. I think it makes them slower like by far. I don’t think they would be completely immobilized but they just beat Ryan Hart slow.

i imagine there is some tech involved in the marines armor but as far as im aware lore wise due to their implants one of those being that the suit of armor feels essentially like their own skin i cant see sombra being able to take control of it nor even doing any more than maybe making a slight issue of some of its small technical features. space marines main strengths come from their implants and physically more capable bodies the armor is well mostly armor that can be outfitted with special little gadgets.

even tho reinhart is close resemblance to space marines it’s not even close to a space marine in actual strength but what about other heros in overwatch? doomfist and sigma are by far the strongest characters in lore. doomfists speed and strength should be able to wipe out a team of space marines the only issue is he doesn’t where armor or anything like that so he would get capped by a single bullet. sigma has insane gravity manipulation, a grasp that absorbs bullets, and a shield that could ,temporarily, protect himself against bullets. doomfist wins in a 1v1 and i would even say 2v1s 9 out of ten times unless the space marines are just absolutely cracked and can shoot doom while he’s moving at mach fuck. sigmas gravity manipulation could easily kill space marines but against multiple he would easily get overwhelmed by superior fire power. overall space marines are absolutely broken but we do have some fighters who can do some damage to them.

Thought this was gonna be another one of those bullshit death battles where the space marine was gonna lose to some bullshit biased garbage and honestly if sombra came intk contact with a machine spirit anf trying to hack it i dont think she would do very well considering the pure power and emotion thats in a space marines armor yes its not as strong as a dreadnaughts but hacking in 40k isnt as simple as it would be in other universes considering you have to fight the machine spirit on its home turf and have to go through an uncountable amount of coding and i dont think many hackers outside of 40k would be able to do it

Even if sombra managed to somehow tip the scales, you also have to take into account the space marines skill wouldn’t change.

The height advantage that Reinhardt has would only be for firstborn marines, not primaris, who are better than firstborns in every way, including height, making them 10-11 ft. tall

if i remember correctly the Big Boys of Overwatch control their battle suits with mostly strength and the space marine can move freely cuz of it's power supply which is their backpack so theoretically if Reinhardt manage to critically damage the power supply the space marine would be paralyzed or movements would be slowed down by 50 or 60 percent. we must also consider the quality of material that was used for their armour, which i have no knowledge about

Not a bad Video, theres a few points where I take issue. 1: A space Marine is capable of running and fighting for days or even weeks on end requiring a Mere 4 hour rest between Extended Conflict. There is also very little requirement for them to take care of biological needs since the Armor does most of that for them. 2. Depending on the marks of power armor and the Machine Spirit/AI of the armor itself will determine how the Sombra matchup goes. That said a suitably advanced AI has hijacked Space Marine power armor before freezing them in place. However I am not 100% certain that this is as exploitable in current mark X armor as Primaris Marines are significantly Stronger than First Born and would likely be able to overcome thier armor servos locking. Most importantly in that context is the writer for the Space Marines and the Chapter/ Legion involved (the former GW writer Matt Ward for example would have an Ultramarine not notice and kill Sombra with a stray cough then spew some nonsense about courage and honor)

one thing you didn't consider (although it doesn't really change the outcome) is that space marines can live for hundreds of years, the oldest ones even being over 1000 years old, whereas Rienhardt in is prime is like 20-30, so battle experience is also hugely in the marine's favor

sombra couldn't really do much, I mean, the best bet would be just turning the damn thing off, and by that I mean the fucking power pack on his back that he must carry (and I mean here any kind of space marine), they don't work like Iron Man's suit from marvel or some shit, this is just armor they wear that is even too heavy for them, so turning it off could do the trick, but she couldn't do shit like "SHOOT YOURSELF! NOW!" by hacking

I agree on most parts but I think Reins hammer would actually do decent damage against the marine. The marine would be able to dodge but if Rein gets a hit in the Marine would definitly feel that. The Marine atill wins but I would put it closer to a 8 out of of 10.
