Love your channel ….cracked me up with that Richard Pryor👀😂 look over your shoulder as you thought something was walking up from behind… feet don’t fail me now…. future Angus Rancher here …proud of what you do
Sometimes these cows will sneak up on you. lol..lol. Thank you for the kind words! Let me know if I can assist in any way. Where are planning to start the ranch? Are you here in Texas?
Thank you so much for the video answering my questions. You are exactly right about the brangus breed , my grandfather had some and he had some Brahman cows and crossed them with a Harford bull, the hybrid vigorous that you get the best from both breeds, you have some really top quality looking cows and I can feel your passion for your cows and what you are doing, I look forward to when I get moved and can have enough property to start a small heard myself. I like how you take the time to explain what you are doing. Like with most things the longer you you it the more you learn what works best for you and your setup. The only thing I have seen that might help you some is my grandfather had a fence that was kind of like a V on one side that was wide at the open end and is got smaller the closer you got to the cow pens so the cows went in and couldn't turn back off to the side I would have to show you on paper if your not familiar with it, I believe he called it a crevice not sure if I'm spelling it right. But it's just a fence that would come off the left side of your cow pens gate and it's only a couple hundred feet long and makes it easier for one person to heard them in the pens. I look forward to your next videos and you take excellent care of your cattle great job man 👍
I don’t get too hung up on the color of the cow. I want to know I am producing quality beef. To me that is what’s the most important thing. Your cattle are gorgeous.
We live & learn! 😊. No lost there. You’re doing very well explaining to us newbies especially those that are just getting into the business. You’re a photographer too! Awesome! Well rounded guy. You have a beautiful herd to capture magazine ready photos 😊👍🏽 My dad swears the black angus are the best. I see a lot of it in stores prices tell you it’s Angus 😊 Brangus been around 75yrs. Wow! Brangus built Ford tough as my dad says for hot humid weather. As you said go with what you like most importantly great quality cows.
