FSR and DLSS Quality is equivalent to Xess Ultra Quality cause Intel canged its presets on 1.3, its rendering at a lower resolution them the other 2, and somehow still looks better them FSR, but you can see that it has a much bigger performance hit cause it achieves the same fps as FSR with 66% of native resolution using only 58% of native resolution, so FSR is upscaling 950p and Xess 850p
