Turkiye is breathtaking ! We have been many times along both the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts. It never gets old Love the pace of the small towns and the beauty of its architecture. Also, we want to mention how Julia's sister looks so happy traveling with you guys. Is she enjoying it ? Nice Video , Well done.🥰 Hope you guys doing ok. Be well. Stay Healthy.🙏 from Harriet, Jim and Yuki
Splendid journey with you. That part of Turkey is stunning. Good idea to avoid the BIG, and they are big, sprawling cities; villages are far and few between; smaller towns are not frequent either in my memory from our travels by car around the country. Fab photography. Whoa the wedding photo! Sweet! There's so much more to explore. Can't wait for the next vlog post! Hugs from France.
It's great to be able to accompany you on this move to Side. I didn't know anything about this area of Turkey. Yes, I had seen the photos you posted weeks ago on Patreon, there I found out for the first time about the existence of Ayvalik, Datca and Kas. I hope to be able to travel around Turkey with time to see so many interesting things. Much love to both of you.
Beautiful video as always and the bit where the poor lady at the beach, (behind Matt 12:10 ), just trying to get in or out of her knickers with your camera fully trained on her is hilarious. I think she was quite conscious of you guys recording in her direction at that moment. lol
Great video! I enjoy watching your videos. They are very entertaining, educational and well put together. It gives the viewer a sense of being there. I am from the USA and teach English as a second/foreign language and I have taught many people from Turkiye. I look forward to the day when I will be able to visit myself. Keep up the great work!
Turkey is absolutely stunning. I love the harbor areas and the older buildings and shops. Great to see your pics from 2014. Can't wait to see more. Be safe! Btw I love the old cobble roads as bumpy as they are. lol
Photodump at the end!!! Thanks for always inspiring travelling tips, and you do really have inspring travel tours to hop on to, listed on your webbpage!
I really like when you are walking around the market in this video that you have all the natural sounds instead of some other music overlay. I actually would enjoy the natural background sounds in all your videos. I always love seeing where you are walking or driving, but I find myself enjoying it less when there is a music or rhythm soundtrack added.
Amazing video and great tour. Turkey is truly a beautiful country and the coastal towns are nice tourist places where to spend lovely days. Thank you very much for this awesome video 🍀🌻🪻🍀
Now I'm a Greekophile through and through, in particular Kefalonia, but this has actually put Turkey back on my radar. I've only visited once and that was Hisaronu, which was so touristy it put me off completely, which was wrong I know. Watching your video has made me realise that there is so much more to see, but as a solo female traveller, I'm a bit nervous. Going to do some research and see what happens.
Thanks for showing us this beautiful part of Turkey. I really enjoyed seeing your wedding picture. What a cute, joyous and innocent looking newly wed couple. It's great knowing how much you have grown and succeeded in your lives. You unknowingly have inspired many people to take the risk and follow your dreams. Enjoy your summer. 🫂❤️🙏🕊
Ohhhh! Kastellorizo!! Where the beautiful film MEDITERRANEO was filmed!! Have you watched it? I encourage you to do so!! Lovely video guys, grat work! Thank you!!
Datca is a slightly less touristic place. This area is surrounded by nature, away from noise pollution and preferred especially by retired middle-aged people.
Close the toll roads in google maps and drive around the normal roads. Dont worry they are still good yet toll roads are far away from the many beautiful places. You are missing a lot of places because of these roads 😅 Enjoy ..
Matt & Julia. Can you visit: Osmanağa, Greek Orthodox Church of Ayia Efimia, Mühürdar Cd. No:27, 34714 Kadıköy/İstanbul, Türkiye. It has a connection to the 4th Ecumenical Council 451AD. I would love to see something. I think it’s very close to your apartment?

One of my dream trips is to drive from Istanbul down the Aegean coastline. Thank you for taking us with you!!
there are no ships from Greece for instubul. you can find it from Turkish ports, not from the Aegean Sea
@@nikosnikos8184she’s not talking about ships, also there are ships/ferries from Istanbul to the Aegean Turkish cities.
@@nikosnikos8184 He talked to drive from Istanbul to the Turkish Aegean City's not to Greece ;)

Following along from Portland, Oregon, USA. I love watching your travels. Hope to see some of these places in person one day. Thanks for sharing!
Did this in 2006. Istanbul - Ayvalik - Izmir - Istanbul then did a semester in Ankara and went down to Adana for a girl. Ended up staying for 4 years.
Haha, nice! You stayed in Adana for 4 years? 😘❤️
I love seeing Julia’s sister 🫶

Datca is a slightly less touristic place. This area is surrounded by nature, away from noise pollution and preferred especially by retired middle-aged people.
I could easily live there.
The area is soaked with history.
Turkish people also love cats and so do I.
I wish fewer people becomes aware of Datça. :(
Türkish Riviera is Great
Nice!
Lera is back hurrah xxx
You missed Cunda?
Next time!
Go to old Datca and Datca bay its more beautiful then new Data
See Dalyan Kalkan and other small twins along
I'll tell you why no other foreign tourists are around. It's because of the ridiculous prices of everything.
The prices were better there than Antalya etc 😘
What a nice little town 😍 wish I can go one day
Her sister is bomba devushka ❤
Hi Matt and Julia, hope you are well. Just wondering how you got your visa and what are the different options for foreigners?

Nice to see the normal, day-to-day life in Turkey. Julia's sister is probably the tallest person they've ever seen ^_^
she looks like a giant
Fun fact: the tallest man in the world actually lives in Turkey.
