I'm so happy for your success, Cassie!!! I'm also happy you had a wonderful time in Beverly Hills. It's truly a magical place. Everyone should go there at least once in their lives, especially if they love to shop.
I lived in So Cal for close to a decade (North San Diego County in Oceanside, which was one of the last sleepy cities on the So Cal coast). I mainly worked in San Diego, but did do IT consulting work up in Orange County, through a company in Pasadena, so I know the area fairly well, especially to the south of LA. There is so much to see and do all over So Cal. One place that you absolutely have to go the next time you're in So Cal is Coronado Island. Coronado Island is a wonderful, little place to recharge and the Hotel Del Coronado is historic and fabulous. There's a bunch of cute, little shops, too.

If you ever go back to Rodep, there’s a couple restaurants I’d love to recommend. The Blvd is the restaurant inside the pretty woman hotel. You never need a reservation and the chef is absolutely world-class, some of the best food you’ll ever have. On the other end of the spectrum, the Gucci restaurant is incredible, but requires reservations.
