honestly it would be really cool if TDS had a godzilla like boss with tens of millions of maybe even billions of HP and added some unique mechanic to make it easier to kill. It would be really interesting if the drakobloxxer was like 3x bigger but was the only enemy on the final wave, which would add onto the gameplay and overall atmosphere.

I remember playing tower heroes a few years back and it having something like this, I think it was a gamemode to do with a jester tower and at the final boss the map would go rainbow or something and your towers would be superpowered to take him out, really cool stuff.
