Almost perfect! Wish the porch was covered.
I love this layout! My favorite! But I think I would put a more pitched roof so I could have guests rooms upstairs and make the main bath private and add a powder room off the kitchen area.
Love this house. Everything on one floor is perfection. The deck in the back is roomy and wonderful. Perfect for quite relaxing or enjoying family and friends ❤

Lovely home. You did it again
Not my favorite plan you’ve done but livable. I like the mostly open concept, not a fan of the 2nd bathroom where it is but still livable. 1 bedroom is well appointed with space while the other one is not spacious feeling at all. Laundry area is fine. Not my first choice in a home simply because the “L” shape which makes heating and AC more challenging. Laundry is no where near where the dirty things are generated but that’s a problem most homes have.
The entry isn't clearly defined, but that gives you the option of picking the location and swapping a window for a door. The kitchen lacks enough upper cabinets, but there's one tall cabinet in the kitchen and places to add more. This house might be better used as a summer retreat or vacation home rather than for year-round use.
It's almost perfect, but the only changes for me would be making it into a 3bd, 2ba. Also, a lot larger kitchen that one is way too small to get around in a wheel chair! I would need plenty of cabinets, a large walkin pantry as well as a place to house a chest freezer.Also, a solid wall to hang a 75-inch TV, so the window behind that TV stand would need to be a solid wall perhaps placing a smaller window off to one side! Also, large walk-in closets in all three bedrooms. Those bedrooms are way too small. There's no place for dressers! Those bathrooms are very nice but a separate soaking tub would be nice, also a shower with no lip to step over with a drain towards the back as well as making it handicap would be nice for an aging couple that can roll in with a wheelchair and be able to backout or turn around in the shower without bumping into cabinets or plumbing fixtures. I would want to have a covered porch, though, as well as another covered porch off the back, maybe even enclosed in glass. I do love the natural stone look, though! This would make a great vacation or retreat home or weekend getaway or even for a single person who doesn't require that much space! So, Y'all's plans also need to consider handicap needs.

I don't understand where the front door is.
Other than that it's a nice plan but I'd make some changes. The bath between the bedrooms could be a jack and jill style making it more private and leaving the second bath for guests. Or that whole side could be reconfigured making a master bath and a second bath for the second bedroom and guests. I'd definitely add a window to the opposite side of the living room too.
Not a fan of cabinets over kitchen sink.
