This house checks all my boxes! There's a place for coats and boots at the entry, the woodstove is safely installed, the kitchen has plenty of storage including a pantry (not shown), the laundry is adequate, and although the tub in the master bath is very short it's suitable for a shower. Well done!
I really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the floating shelves, wood stove, and bedroom with its own bathroom. The place is very charming and cozy.
I totally agree bedrooms door unnecessary. Also a round table and chairs would allow for better flow from living room to kitchen. Forget large closets in living room and leave a space for TV. The rest is great!👍👍
Jasper...this is an adorable home, good layout for sure. The interior space is really well appointed with decent storage. But let's talk about the exterior space. Personally, I would extend the front porch all the way across the front of the home and into that "corner" in front of the master suite, thus making a true "squared off" front façade. I'd make the back porch much larger and enclosed (screened-in) and add a carport or garage using the screened in porch area as the "pass through" between house and carport/garage area.
Having an exterior door in the master that leads onto the porch is a nice touch! Still wished there was a large laundry room to house a chest freezer! Love the pool, but perhaps off the back of the home or living area and not the front would be more appealing. Overall, this is a nice one! Love seeing that it is a 3bd, 2ba which is geeat for resale value as well as extra storage!
This is lovely. An efficient use of space, good flow. I love everything about it. I just have one... little-bitty... really a nit-picky thing, but... why is there a lamp on the bed in the master bedroom? You have a lamp on each bedside table, but there is one actually on the bed. 😂
If you zoom in on it, it’s actually floating above what looks like a black table. I’m guessing they were trying out different lamps for the room and someone forgot to take it out.
2 questions please? What size are the beds in both bedrooms, and would an extra long work in the guest bedroom? Also, could walls be removed to create a loft (for the grand kids) with a bathroom & 2 double beds or 1 double and a bunk? I like this home but would like a slightly larger living area. We are 8-13 when all together. 1100 sq ft is a bit small but I don’t want to care for much more than 12-1400 sq ft routinely. An upstairs/loft can wait to be cleaned over time after they are gone and needs only a touch up right before the next visit.
Is there a secret upstairs access? I see a window in the front peak of the house but no place for stairs to get up there... Itseems like there is enough roof space that there could be an additional level? Second question: The laundry room doorway into the kitchen looks small in the video. Is it standard width or a narrow door? Thanks! I do like a lot about this design, Jasper.
Dont want or need a door coming into the laundry room. No place for the t v in the living room. Dont want a hugh closet( or if that is supposed to be the storage/utility clset) in my living room. Need storage closets in bathrooms and vedrooms for towels/ toiletries and beddings.🫤🫤🫤

I was looking for a plan around 800 square feet and this one is perfect for what I want!
I said a while back I wasn't going to comment anymore, but I have to congratulate this design. It is just wonderful, inside and out!
And another Winner!!!!! I Love it......
Elegant and cozy at the same time. I love a sort of couch pit by the fire for all my pets 😁. 👏🏻
❤❤❤

I'll take it!!!

Great ideas. ❤❤❤😘
Nice one 👌 love it❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏😇
Cute, would have to tweek a couple things.
I like the use of a wood stove instead of a big fireplace. The dishwasher door will be blocked by the sink. A very nice use of space 😊
This is great, don't think the master bedroom needs an exterior door!

It's actually a 2b/2ba, but it's the perfect size even without a 3rd bedroom! :)

I love this place. I wish I knew the price.
Love the layout and decor. Only question is where would you put a TV in living room if you wanted to kick back and watch a movie or ballgame?
He put cabinets where you could put a tv/ low fireplace instead. I'm not a fan of wood burning stoves in anything but vacation cabins in woods.
😍👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Where does tv 📺 go
No tv in the living room?🤔
Not enough space!!!

Some people like to hang their clothes out on a line, weather permitting. So a door in the laundry room is handy.
It’s also a good exit in the rear of the house for fire.
Haha i find this as cute funny complaints 😂😂
