Fantastic...I've always loved this song. I remember it was released in 1965 (I was 16)! Great job on the glorious STEREO remix. Thank you for creating, uploading and sharing!!
good job didn't you do this one earlier anyway sounds fantastic all your stuff is awesome I know I look forward to checking every morning to see what's new I'm gonna find to add to my collection, great job thanks if you ever get a chance to do come a little bit closer by jay and the americans really would love to hear that in good stereo sound, hard to find a nice stereo copy have a great day thanks for your hard work
Hi Joe. Yes I've done this one before but it was one of my early remixes and I was still learning at the time. I didn't get things such as pitch correction and synchronisation exactly right. There are more early remixes that I'm going to re do soon. I'm also a bit embarrassed by the artwork I used in the early days. I can do a lot better now !
Not poorly recorded, just not mixed to stereo originally. Stereo at the time was in its growing stages. Often 45s were only mixed to mono because they would be played through a one-speaker radio, which meant only a mono mix was needed.
@@VimVinyl I do like “Tijuana wedding“. Very cool. but “Concrete and Clay” belongs to Unit Four plus Two. #1 in England. Listen bub, I would bet my record collection beats yours. My knowledge of music is stellar. YOU need to get off your high horse and clear the wax out of your ears. I’ve DJ’d in L.A. and got paid.
Most excellent! "Samba Rock"!!! What's NOT to love about this song?!?
👍
If any song truly deserved to go to No. 1, it’s this one. #1 in England.

You're welcome !
This sound is absolute crystal love it
A beautiful record one of the best British songs of the mid 60s-and crystal clear too!💎
Simply class! That's what the Unit 4+2 hit record truly is. This is a good job with the stereo mix of this pop masterpiece !
Thank you 👍
I love the music of The British Invasion
A fabulous song
Very good sound
This has turned out so well, Pat!
Yes, I thought so too !

Sounds Great! Vocals could be brought forward a little more.
Wow, What a difference great sound from a good but poorly recorded record.
Thanks James.

I like the cover by Gary Lewis and The Playboys more personally, great mix though
I'm a fan of Gary Lewis and The Playboys and I never realised he'd covered the song as well. Thanks for pointing it out to me !
@@radiowollaton8521 no problem! worth the listen :)
You’ve GOT be kidding. This was the hit. I couldn’t get past 10 seconds of Gary Lewis’ lame cover.
@@moorlock2003 it’s called a preference Fred, grow up…oh wait you already have and still haven’t learned….shame

This is a great STEREO"one hit wonder" from the BRITISH INVASION of the mid 1960's .
👍
They had a second hit in England; “You’ve Never Been in love like this before “.
