People pleaser "syndrome" is a real problem. And, is so draining and exhausting. Some of us do it because we had to in our family-of-origin to survive. My narcissistic parents conditioned me to think that I had to earn love by what I DO, not because I AM. But, now as an adult, I understand that when I radiate love, I receive it first. I benefit and the world benefits. Thank you for imparting your wisdom, Sr. Shivani.
