      Yup. They still don't know if it's chronic fatigue or fibro for me. I have overlapping symptoms of both. It's a horrific disease, my mother had it as well. You couldn't touch her shoulders at all. Just putting your hand there to get her attention caused pain.

    At 64 yrs old, I have had Fibromyalgia Syndrome since I was in my late 20’s. It took time to diagnose because little was known about the disease and all of its parts. It includes hypothyroidism, peripheral neuropathy, osteoarthritis, just to name a few. I’m grateful that they can diagnose it easier in today’s time. Remember Maria, there are treatments out there that are very helpful, but there are meds that work for you and some that won’t. Blessings and prayers for you. ❤❤

      I started having trouble with fibromyalgia when I was a teenager. I turned into a type one diabetic when I was nine years old, in ‘71 and it took them years and years to recognize that it was fibromyalgia because it was all new to them at that time. Medication is the only thing that helps me and if it’s affecting my back, the heating pad is the best thing for it.
      Since June/21 when my husband suddenly passed away, I’ve had three episodes where I can’t move. I’m laying in bed crying, and I can’t even wipe the tears because my arm hurts far too much. They said it was a severe fibromyalgia attack caused by my nerves.

      Of course not. The American "health care system" is all about the money, and Americans are brainwashed into believing that any other system is "socialism" (i.e. horns and a tail and a whiff of sulfur), so they keep voting against their own interests. All they need to do is look at other countries with vastly better quality-of-life stats and start thinking critically.

    Fibromyalgia comes with the possibility of a combination of up to 250 symptoms. Costochronditis, or chest pain like this, is fairly common. I've been hospitalised several times with it, just to be sure it's not cardiac in origin. There is never a dull moment with fibro.

And I just had double bypass open-heart surgery and they couldn’t tell if my pain was fibromyalgia or if it was from the medication for fibromyalgia, but I had to call the doctor because it wasn’t helping with my pain with the surgery. Was a new experience to go through, let me tell you. Never a dull moment.

    Hi there guys and girls ! Watching from the university hospital of Northern Norway, Tromsoe. This show is amazing! The UK hospitals are very much like the norwegian ones, and the NHS and Norwegian Health Care are also very similare. You just don’t pay for a hospitalstay, or any care ,medicines or treatment you are having while in a hospital ward. Ambulance rides are also free.

    • @lynnbean7200
      @lynnbean7200 2 месяца назад

      Except that standards are much higher in Norway. For example, the UK has the second worst cancer death rate in Europe.

    • @sarahsnowe
      @sarahsnowe 2 месяца назад

      @@lynnbean7200 That might partly be due to the dismal diet of most Brits: well over 50% UPFs for adults and even higher for kids and adolescents. These "foods" are directly linked to diseases including cancer. Fortunately, PM Starmer is introducing legislation to curb their consumption. Also, Britain is more densely populated and more industrialized than Norway, with resulting air pollution linked to disease.

    I don’t understand how a wife could let a husband that old go out by himself instead of going out with him and holding the ladder. I was always out there helping my husband, no matter what because being there with him, I could watch what he was doing so he could be safe, because mistakes happen, but when you have somebody else there with you, they could correct the wrong, but especially keep the ladder steady.
    I’m happy he’s OK I’m not he didn’t have any serious problems due to the fall.
    Love he doctor who was in charge. Do you think they could clone him if we ask politely?!!😃😃
    The young couple are so right for each other and I’m happy that her father introduced them. I’m glad he’s taking into consideration her feelings about him getting back on a motorbike a lot of guys don’t care how their girls feel about it. They’ll just go right back on it again. I wish them all the best.🥰
    The fibromyalgia case, I hope that she gets proper medication to deal with it because it can become quite painful. ☺️
    I’m happy Rusty‘s foot healed up well and that it’s OK. ☺️

      Men, especially older ones, can be very stubborn. I've sometimes offered to help older guys with something physical but some of them take offence! Maybe his wife did offer to hold the ladder but he brushed her off. Wouldn't surprise me.

    • @Nicana68
      @Nicana68 2 месяца назад +2

      Hovering nervously around someone who's up a ladder is more dangerous than leaving them to it. If he took a misstep, or lost his balance, his wife standing 4 metres underneath him was not going to help him and he may have fallen right on top of her. He just shouldn't have been up there in dodgy shoes, in the rain. Especially at his age. But men can often be recklessly stubborn when it comes to things like this.
