I was in Barcelona and they had amazing firework, I would say maybe even better than what I see here. Fire, rockets, watter fountain, music, all synchronised in one 20 minute show, it was breathless. Thank you Barcelona.

Fireworks are old and you don’t complain
New York's celebration is the same every year. They just throw down some trash that they're gonna be sweeping for days after that, the same song plays every year (aka New York's unofficial anthem), and people kissing at midnight is a local New Year tradition.

2021 will be the real start of new decade we have no year 0 done in history
Or happy 2020's decade instead. This is just a rollover decade and this is makes more since to use this for decades then century's and millennia because of how many decades we completed and also the fact the 2020's is a decade too and that it's not a long enough time to consider that using the calendar is worth it . 2021 will be the the start of the next calendar decade called the 203rd decade or just the 3rd decade of the 21st century (which the 21st century started in 2001 but it's not to be confused with the 2000's (century) which started in 2000) and according to purists this is the more correct why to follow it.
But in all actuality this whole thing is just arbitrary so short answer 2020 and 2021 are the start of the new decades (or at-least when both decades start to co-exist) and because of this both the calendar decade and rollover decade are both right. And it just depends on what do you want to view on and it's what you think is right. If you agree with the 2020's then for 2020 happy (or not so happy) new decade (rollover decade) too you. If you agree with the 203rd decade then in 2021 then happy (maybe?) new decade (calendar decade) to you then.
