The guy was just saying that "some people" cosider a bullet was made for violence, (some unenlightened folks even consider hunting to be violent), and that now it can be used for something else.

Curious... What have guns done to you to make you hate them? They are literally just tools. Do you also hate hammers, bats and cars? By the way, each of those have killed far more people than guns have...
