Water looks like because there is not enough VRAM for it, so texture can’t load normally. Also feature labels as 'RT' in advanced settings isn't truly ray tracing. The term 'RT' is likely used for marketing purposes, as 'ray traced' is more of a descriptive term rather than a brand name or proprietary technology.
