  • This was a build we completed a couple of months ago for a customer.
    We made quite the transformation without loosing any of the OEM Feel and quality.

    My bucket list: 1. Buy an S2000 (my dream for 20 years). 2. Take it to LHT for a turbo kit and TLC. 3. Drive it through the north Georgia mountains every weekend it's nice out. You guys do fantastic work. Thank you for sharing your craft.

    Hey John. I'm almost 2 days late, but glad I finally made it and wanted to drop you a comment. This S2000 came out fantastic! Love the updates. The blue top does look classy... very nice touch. And the quiet exhaust that still makes great power. That's what I like.👌 Big Shoutout to George and Esther for all the LTC TLC they provide, from the hard work and dedication, to the smiles they bring.       Great. I hate to make them too long, I often film enough to make over an hour, but time valuable and to make them drag out.

    Do you think you guys could touch on the s2000's Power steering? I believe the rack was discontinued. As an owner w/ no power steering, itd be to get some insight. Thanks and love the content!!

    You should look into the ECS Vacuum-Actuated Exhaust Cutout. Add it after the header so the customer can switch between a quiet exhaust and open header on the fly.

      We’ve used several boost activated cut outs shown in past videos also.

      @@LHTPerformance Yeah I wrote this comment before watching the whole video **facepalm** and realizing that your custom exhaust was quiet enough to get the best of both worlds.
      Do you guys still work on RSXs? I need to make my daily RSX more OEM plus.

    Hey John.... what did this car make for power on first pulls with stock exhaust, with open header, and with that exhaust? Knowing those numbers to co.pare and contrast would be awesome. Love that exhaust. Sell this exhaust?

    John, love this car! Since your fan is in the US, you're only messing with 110V, unlike UK 220, which would scare me ;) How were the Wawa (Native American for 'Goose') burgers?

      I remember 220v. I’ve been hit by it a couple of times. Lol. 110v is a mild discomfort in comparison. The Wawa burgers were excellent

      Thanks buddy. We don’t really do the things that grow channels, we treat customers cars as our own. So no street racing, burn outs etc. oh well, we love what we do either way.

    Power seemed a little lower on this one than the similar kits you’ve done. Was that per customer request?

    Is a clutch replacement at 65,000 miles typical or is this a case of a car that has had a lot of “spirited” driving?

      I’ve seen them wear out at 30k miles and last 150+. There’s many factors involved.

      The fitment was spot on. It was a shame the wires were flipped. Hopefully that made sense in the video. EBay tail lights are getting very good. I love that ones on my Colorado.

      The link takes you to an eBay page that shows the lights fit an AP2 (2004 and up), but the seller also shows a set for AP1 (2000-2003). What’s the difference?
