My bucket list: 1. Buy an S2000 (my dream for 20 years). 2. Take it to LHT for a turbo kit and TLC. 3. Drive it through the north Georgia mountains every weekend it's nice out. You guys do fantastic work. Thank you for sharing your craft.
Hey John. I'm almost 2 days late, but glad I finally made it and wanted to drop you a comment. This S2000 came out fantastic! Love the updates. The blue top does look classy... very nice touch. And the quiet exhaust that still makes great power. That's what I like.👌 Big Shoutout to George and Esther for all the LTC TLC they provide, from the hard work and dedication, to the smiles they bring. Great attitudes from all of you.👏 You guys are the best and it's always a pleasure to be part of this channel. Have a great day, buddy.😄
Do you think you guys could touch on the s2000's Power steering? I believe the rack was discontinued. As an owner w/ no power steering, itd be to get some insight. Thanks and love the content!!
You should look into the ECS Vacuum-Actuated Exhaust Cutout. Add it after the header so the customer can switch between a quiet exhaust and open header on the fly.
@@LHTPerformance Yeah I wrote this comment before watching the whole video **facepalm** and realizing that your custom exhaust was quiet enough to get the best of both worlds. Do you guys still work on RSXs? I need to make my daily RSX more OEM plus.
Man I love this channel! Was that a custom exhaust! I love the sound and build. I have S2000 AP 1 with plans for forced induction. Will be sending my cay to these guys! `
Hey John.... what did this car make for power on first pulls with stock exhaust, with open header, and with that exhaust? Knowing those numbers to co.pare and contrast would be awesome. Love that exhaust. Sell this exhaust?
John, love this car! Since your fan is in the US, you're only messing with 110V, unlike UK 220, which would scare me ;) How were the Wawa (Native American for 'Goose') burgers?
@@LHTPerformance thanks for the link, before I pull the trigger I wanted to ask how was the fitment for the lights? Did they line up pretty well with the body of the car? Thanks!
The fitment was spot on. It was a shame the wires were flipped. Hopefully that made sense in the video. EBay tail lights are getting very good. I love that ones on my Colorado.
The link takes you to an eBay page that shows the lights fit an AP2 (2004 and up), but the seller also shows a set for AP1 (2000-2003). What’s the difference?
I’ve been a subscriber for a while now and it’s annoying to me to see how slow your channel is growing y’all do awesome top notch work too bad I’m a Nissan guy and I’m not into Hondas.
Thanks buddy. We don’t really do the things that grow channels, we treat customers cars as our own. So no street racing, burn outs etc. oh well, we love what we do either way.
In my opinion you guys make the best content on cars on the tube!! Keep up the awesome videos! Watching from Saskatchewan, Canada.
been a while since we've seen a full s2000 build video. It was worth the wait.

Excellent work from LHT Performance as usual....
Wow what a transformation! Good work gentlemen!
I can't wait for my car to get to go over to LHT. I have been doing all the upgrades in the "how to" videos. Thank you.
This video was 38 min? That went so fast! This persons s2k is sweet and you guys always do amazing work! 😍
Great. I hate to make them too long, I often film enough to make over an hour, but time valuable and to make them drag out.
@@LHTPerformance maybe im a weirdo, but i would watch 2 hours 🤣
@@LHTPerformance Hi am wondering if you can install a glass window on a s2000? How much does it cost and are the glass tops still sold brand new?

Thanks Mick, we appreciate the kind words and the follow. We truly love our work and glad we can share.
@@Peter-mm4ot Unfortunately, that isn't my car. Maybe John @LHT Performance can help you with that question.
Who is Esther?
That S2K is dialed👍
There has been a big jump in the editing quality going into the videos. Nice job!
Very nice job! The car looks excellent with the blue top.
Haha Big Thumbs Up for the turbo open dyno run!
Beautiful car, blue top s..perfect. Nice build and your usual meticulous work John👍
Great F**kin job guys. Nailed it perfectly. Home run to a dated S2000!
Awesome! Thanks so much
Again great transformation

Sweet job!

We’ve used several boost activated cut outs shown in past videos also.

@@Shorty15c4007 We specialize in S2000 but can work on pretty much any Honda we can fit in.
Shout-out from Hawaii, thanks again! :)
Please please make a vid how to super clean the engine bay ! Thanks !
Looks so good!
The V1s are the best looking stock wheels for the S2k.

Lht is the best auto shop out there!!!👍👍👍
Car looks awesome great job guys
Another great video John!
The time thing is “under promise, over deliver”
I remember now, thank you.
All very tasteful. 👍
any tutorial on how to put soft top?
what happened with the rear fog light?
I can’t wait till I have the money to have you guys do my car.

What tail lights ?
pirateship try it if you haven't yet and it check the addresses for you and you can save shipping templates for items you ship alot
Wait, is the truck done? I don’t remember a final truck video
No. This is a 2 month old video I just not edited
Like it!!!, haven't even seen the video!!
I like AP1 lights, rims and bumpers better :)
I agree with you, there's nothing like the original design.
John, love this car! Since your fan is in the US, you're only messing with 110V, unlike UK 220, which would scare me ;) How were the Wawa (Native American for 'Goose') burgers?
I remember 220v. I’ve been hit by it a couple of times. Lol. 110v is a mild discomfort in comparison. The Wawa burgers were excellent
Anyone got the link for the tails?
Is a clutch replacement at 65,000 miles typical or is this a case of a car that has had a lot of “spirited” driving?
I’ve seen them wear out at 30k miles and last 150+. There’s many factors involved.
Damn you guys should of swapped a GM Iron Duke motor into that s2k would have been sick.
We have done several LS swaps in S2000s.
Was there any cutting needed to fit these AP2 taillights?
No, direct bolt in.
LHT giveaways?
Power seemed a little lower on this one than the similar kits you’ve done. Was that per customer request?
We didn’t show final numbers, I think it made around 400.
Any intel on where those taillights came from?
I’m waiting to find out. I’ll share the link when I do.
Here ya go www.ebay.com/itm/173916924048

You can definitely ship to PR. Don't let the address trick you lol.
The problem was the software wouldn’t recognize it.
Nice video like the other but why not subtitle?
You can click on the CC at the top of the screen and youtube will do sub titles.
More tubo pov drives please
Boy... What didn't he have done?
Is the top difficult to change?
It would be sweet with a khaki top like a miata
Hahaha the jurassic park quote.
the car was worth more money stock... oh well
It was also worth more if you never drive it 😐
AP1 owners love saying theyre better until they want our AP2 parts lol
Lol. Folks always say the car they own is best.
