I was like, "who does this Rico guy remind me of" and at 4:00 I was like "thats who he remind me of". Your ways of handling stress and keeping positive is inspiring to me. I get extremely pissed when I feel stressed but I work on being more tranquil.

. Absolut unglaublich und ich als Deutsche gratuliere zum Erfolg und dem gewonnenen Wettkampf!! Herzlichen Glückwunsch. Ich selbst bin Fitnesstrainerin und bekomme im Gym mit ,wie viele , sogar mittleile Teenies, junge Erwachse, viele Hobbysporler, aber auch Frauen immer schneller nachhelfen. Nicht wenige, nur um gute Instagram Bilder zu haben. Es wird klar, weshalb so viele "stoffen". Die Ausdauer, die Disziplin und vorallem die Annahme der eigenen Genetik und die langsame Veränderung ggf. sogar Limitierung, können nur die allerwenigsten aushalten/stemmen. Daher meinen doppelten Respekt. Gruß aus Deutschland (Berlin)😎

What an Amazing Story and Effort. Well done bro. I don't know much about BB, but you obviously were bigger and more defined than every other competitor. Mad props on promoting Natural Body Building and showing a path w/o roids to Glory. I just started my own Journey(not BB, but Weight Loss/Functional Strength) in November @ 546lbs and already at 484 and seeing my muscles pop out for the first time in my upper back, quads and biceps/triceps primarily. Really enjoyed this doc. Wish you well in your pro journey. Subbed.

We did not share stage because the open division of the WNBF NL got devided in 2 due to the amount of competitors, but it was inspiring seeing you around and seeing the work you've put in. I'm curious to know in terms of strength - weights used in workouts - do you experience a steady increase in strength or after awhile do you get stuck in a plateau and just stick to a certain weight range? Maybe strength isn't as important at your level - moving heavier and heavier weights? I workout naturally and seem to reach a plateau and just stick to a certain range. I'm more into just conditioning. Thanks

@@RicovanHuizen Thank you. I am somewhat aware as I have been training (naturally) for over 40 years now in various disciplines. Peaked at about 45 with a bodyweight of 220lbs. at 15%bf. (5'9") Now I am downsizing. Anything is possible with enough time and a strong support system. All the best to you and your family!
