The path work is exactly what I have been working on with my teacher over the last 2 months. This was awesome to see someone else working through the same thing I am! Another fantastic vid Trottie, love these fittings! Team Taylormade is the best!
Cannot agree more how important fitting is. I got fit for irons 2 weeks ago, for the first time in my life. Nothing like what Trottie provides, just used the 7 iron and took about 15-20 mins. But even that low level fitting provided me with extra 15 yards and like magic brought my incurable left pull back on center without any swing changes, just a better club setup. I was amazed. Well worth it.
For every video I watched (and I am binging🙂rn) I get so much wiser listening to Trottie. My respect for the knowledge and experience that goes into these fittings .... To have a fitting experience like that is... wow... Good Job once again, Trottie.

Great advice is work with what your student/player has don’t try to change much when a guy pipes it most of the time.
Watching this makes it easy to see why you're a top fitter. Not about being able to fit a guy to the tech, but being able to look at their technique, and the numbers and say 'okay, aim for this execution and feel'. Helps a bit that Denny could execute so well too, ofc.

Interesting question. Without the context of what they discussed at dinner the night before, it looks like fitting the golfer to the club. However, this guy might have some bigger aspirations than winning his club championship and making it through qualifying for the occasional USGA event. He's probably lights out on a 6600 yard course, but move him to 7200 and he's giving up a lot of distance to guys that swing it just as hard but are way more optimized.
