It’s nuts hearing you talk about your memory and the prompter reading ! I was so much better in school, then a little less in uni and then completely fucked in the real world haha. I felt like my brain was just spasming at things that others found simple. I did an interview where all the answer were planned and like you said “I just couldn’t do it” no matter how hard I tried or wanted to. Can’t retain anything on a subject I’m not intensely interested in. Along with many other things. I went to a psychiatrist and did some tests along with going into all of that and my history and I’ve been on adhd medication ever since and I feel a lot better! I never knew inattentive adhd was a thing, I always thought it was hyperactive. I love the way my brain works but it just doesn’t match up with how society functions haha. Anyway it’s worth a look into just in case! 💗 love you just the way you are Mark Ferris! Anyone making you feel less than isn’t worth your time ⭐️

I know what you mean about things just not working out, I studied drama as one of my a-levels and then went to uni to study journalism. In my heart of heart I’ve always dreamed of screen acting but don’t even know where to begin. I keep telling myself I’ll do it after I’ve straightened my teeth and got some experience but I know that time is just passing if that makes sense. I get what you mean about rinsing everything about of yourself too, that’s how I’m currently feeling due to just doing assignments and I think it’s good to admit that you are struggling, everyone is in their own way at the moment. Don’t forget your not alone in feeling that way. :)

Hey Mark, just wanna say I love you so much and you make me feel grounded and get me out of my little negative bubble brain. I am from a little town in Iowa in the States. I have been stuck in a dead end customer service and for 2 years and I have wanted to get out of it but haven't been motivated to take the step. A couple days ago I got a new job in Avionics and I am finally feeling human again. Hopefully soon I can make myself get into college soon. I'm 19 now and I have moved out when I was 18 so money has been hard but I just feel like my life is turning for the better here soon.

I hated sun and summer all my life and im 30+, ive always been a rain girl. Give me gloomy skies and cold dark winters. However since the start of this year i hate it, i need sunshine to not sit there panicking and feeling really low. It feels so bizarre to me. I feel like this pandemic had made everyone feel a bit of SAD, where you need the brighter weather to feel happiness.

I hated sun and summer all my life and im 30+, ive always been a rain girl. Give me gloomy skies and cold dark winters. However since the start of this year i hate it, i need sunshine to not sit there panicking and feeling really low. It feels so bizarre to me. I feel like this pandemic had made everyone feel a bit of SAD, where you need the brighter weather to feel happiness.
