Been hearing the phrase "work hard while you're young" too much lately and after taking 2 months off earlier this year my perspective on work + money + quality of life has changed a lot. I'm sure your week off was wonderful and I am definitely feeling the need for the same, especially with my boyfriend working so much too... he has been over working because his store was under staffed. He's on his last week of training the new shift managers and I've just been visiting him at work on my days off and after work because I miss him so much. He's really the only person besides my coworkers that I talk to. Its hard to find good people that aren't energy killers. I feel your pain with my face breaking out from wearing a mask. I work in a hotel and have to wear it all day, I have tried so many skin care products and nothing seems to be working it’s so painful too.
Been struggling a bit with eating disorder stuff and working 50 hours a week and still broke after rent/debt. But trying to feel positive and there are loads of good things too. Especially my puppy! Hope you are ok, cannot believe people can be so nasty and sleep at night/ be ok with it. Hope things get better soon! Xx

I have two albums to recommend to you, Mark. I know you love music. They've been helping me manage this summer. Allen Stone ~ "Building Balance" and Ray LaMontagne ~ "Monovision." "Look Outside" on Allen's album is a feel-good treasure. "Highway To The Sun" on Ray's album is emotional & beautiful.
For poached eggs they are tricky little buggers and I have to make 40-60 a day in work the easiest way I’ve found is boiling water with white wine vinegar in, crack you eggs into a separate dishes and drop each one into the water once in turn down to a simmer you should get perfect eggs! Loved the video so interesting to see what people choose for you
A little too for poached egg if you struggle, put some cling film into a cup but leave it hanging over the side, crack your egg into the cling film and twist the top so the egg is enclosed. Drop the cling film into the water and then when cooked take it out and put it on the toast xx
