Being a nurse I know too well about dry and cracked hands.. Helping Hands from Lush is supposed to be really good, if not just some E45 repair and protect is always a good shout Mark!
So this is quite important answering your question about your hands being dry , when I was younger (around 6-9 years old) I hated being sick because it was so painful so after doing anything I washed my hands. This caused them to start to get dry, then they cracked, then they bleed. Everyday they were bleeding and they weren’t normal fingers anymore they were sharp and pointy because of they dry skin. I had to go to the doctors and got a special soap so that when I regularly washed my hands the soap wouldn’t dry them out. I know this isn’t life threatening but I thought I could help xx
Mark, your experience when you slipped up saying iced latte reminds me of when i went to Starbucks confidently ordering a frappuccino but i said FAPpuccino and boyfriend and the barista just laughed at me and i was confused bc i didn’t realize what i just said
My hands get terribly dry and sore at certain times of the year, or when I’m doing a lot of washing up/hand washing! They’re less bad during the summer months, but I apply cream a few times a day now and it’s helped so much as they used to cut and bleed at times. A cream I’d really recommend is Ovelle Emulsifying Ointment. It can be used as a soap substitute or as a skin moisturiser and it’s super thick so I would recommend using it at night and wearing cotton gloves! This helped my hands so much. I love your personality so much - such a genuinely lovely person ❤️

If you’re looking for a heavy duty one then get the hemp hand cream! It’s one of our best sellers just read the reviews it’s amazing! It also lasts up to 20 washes on the hand because it’s a barrier cream so you don’t need to keep applying!!

Any aqueous cream works best for dry skin - it has no added fragrance & really moisturizes your skin. Be careful of over-washing your hands because it can easily bring on eczema (like it did for me). Hope this helps !❤️
Im a student nurse so im always washing my hands at work and I use the Vaseline hand cream it comes in a white tube, you can get it in more supermarkets or superdrug/boots etc. It really works and it doesn't leave your hands sticky or greasy, it just rubs in nicely :)
I hate germs aswell. I use sensitive soap and hand sanitizer. But when my hands get dry I use Aveeno, which is not sticky or anything. I have the hand cream in my bag and the daily moisturizer at home (bigger bottle). That might help.
put coconut oil on the backs of your hands at night and it will deeply moisturize them over night, I have marked improvements in three days of applying it. I can definitely relate to the germs thing so you're not alone, also try switching up your hand soap and get one for sensitive skin and use gloves if any washing up is needed in the sink. Mark!!! First Aid Beauty's ultra repair cream is the best lotion i've ever used!!! I do the same thing with overwashing my hands, but I also don't like greasy lotion on my hands. It's seriously life changing
if you cut the top off the pepper first then sit the rest of the pepper the right way up on the chopping board you can cut it downwards and avoid all the white bits and seeds, only thing i learnt working in a pub :)
Hi mark, after hearing you say about your dry hands, have a look at Neil's yard remedies online. They're London based I think and their products are Ll natural and so so good. I have bad eczema and with a week's worth of daily applications of their wild rose beauty balm it's completely gone. :D x

I use the hemp one - do lots of lifting for work and hands become cracked and dry and this cream has saved them
