Thats the closest to absolutely right I've ever seen anyone do on these garlic knot videos. The only difference with mine are that I use way more minced garlic and parmigiano/Romano cheese. Mine drip with olive oil, It's not for everyone but its good...I like the red pepper touch also. GREAT JOB!

Cheese is Salty enough so you can cut the regular Salt down or out etc Thanks for sharing I am using store bought pizza Dough that I had in the freezer defrosting it to get it poofts first etc
A REDTAIL this is a matter if preference, these recipes I am sharing r not just house recipes. They r in full rotation in my catering company & my pizzeria so I know how they work. You want to adjust this recipe to your liking go ahead & enjoy !!!!!
