How did I come up with my first women’s clothing collection?
This is a question I hear a lot-- not just toward me, but other fashion designers as well. I wanted to give it a proper answer and discuss how other fashion designers like the famous Ralph Lauren or Rei Kawakubo or Alexander McQueen work.
There are many different creative minds. Some look at nature, culture, art, heritage. Some are more forward thinking like avant-garde designers. I fall in between a few different categories.
