- I consolidated 3 days worth of my AICP notes and study cards into an audio file with text. Listen over and over, in the car, at work, anywhere!!! Let it become ingrained into your subconscious mind!
Thank you, Ty, for making this video. I listened to it several times while preparing for the exam.
Thank you for this!
God bless! Thank you
You're welcome!
@36:15 this is exactly how I will remember Munn v Illinois for the rest of my life
:D Happy to help haha
@@tieNagle I just passed my exam, so thanks! 🙏
great resource, thanks a lot. did you end up going back and retesting?
Thank you so much for the video, Can you upload the text file also by any chance? I want to print out the text
Hey you're welcome! I only kept JPGs of the slides so I don't have anything in text version, sorry!
Super...except linear programming (a math method of getting the most of an objective while balancing constraints), PERT (a method for tracking project dependencies and time), and Critical path (the least cost/time project option along your PERT 'tree'
Thanks for the clarification / addition!
God blesd you❤
Just a heads up, the test isn't quite as factually cut and dry regarding "what year did X happen", its more detailed regarding the content/outcomes..! Good luck!
Thanks for this. I really dont even know how to start studying. Starting somewhere is better than nothing. I could listen to this on my one hour commute to work and one hour back. I think what I'll do is download this to garage band to split the chapters into separate tracks.
I'm glad you're finding it useful, I would prefer the views though! :)
The Planning Law always gets me🥺😔
See that's my favorite. I have to limit myself to how much digging I do into each case on oyez because they're so fascinating. Plan making is what gets me: seems so typical and common sense when I read the principles, but then the sample test questions trip me up.
Same here! :'(
Thanks for helping us! How did you go, passed first-time?
Michael Echo you’re welcome! Unfortunately, I did not pass. It was way more scenario based questions, like what would you do in this situation as a city planner, vs facts. The history and court cases were also subject based questions, like why was this case important for zoning, not just “what year was this case”... good luck!
Ty Nagle I hope you retook it and passed. I take it Monday .... I’m listening to this as I get ready for bed
I take mine tomorrow as well!! Good luck
@@tieNagle i didnt pass the first time either. Like you said scenario based or hypothetical questions. I didnt pass by 1 point🤬. Was supposed to retake then i changed jobs, then covid happened. Im retaking this may🤞🏽
how did the retest go?@@Hon3stAb3
I kinda like your voice
