Although I'm quite nostalgic at times and still play some 8-bit games every now and then, most games haven't aged well imho. This compilation doesn't contain a single game I want to play, unfortunately. I'm curious about a PS1 and PS2 video though. Cheers!
I have no idea what you are talking about and I haven't been on Twitter for many many years, I'd guess you were probably attacked by one of the many accounts pretending to be me. I have no reason to attack you, I have always liked you, we've actually met twice although you probably don't remember. I was a huge fan of yours from the 11 O'Clock Show and then I ended up working on Retro Gamer magazine for over 7 years, some of which was at the same time as you - so that was very cool indeed. So from that time I am well aware of your interest and passion for retro gaming, so literally the last thing I would accuse you of is jumping on a bandwagon you were already riding on long before most people saw it come over the horizon. EDIT: I also loved Thumb Candy, that was great.
If I had something to hide or had a problem with you I wouldn't have approved your comment, I would have just deleted it and blocked you from posting. I stopped using Twitter about 3 years ago because it had got so toxic. My only account (@retrolaird) is still there but locked to stop people stealing my username and pretending to be me, because yes, as sad and ridiculous as that sounds there were, at last look, which was admittedly quite a while ago, 3 different accounts pretending they are me for some reason. I really don't understand it at all.
Under rated beast of a machine like it's twin the Saturn never saw it's full potential reached.
Great video!
21:11 I'm guessing this is some kind of emulator issue?
Yeah, proper weird!
Sega forever baby!
The STV system was a beast and should have been exploited more.

4:43 Is that an arcade dating sim?
Seems more like a trivia game.
What emulator do these work on
MAME
Kieran - do you remember when you attacked me on twitter for :jumping on the retro bandwagon?'
Can I ask what the hell you were thinking, mate?

Well, if I have it wrong, I apologise. It's all very sus.

@@thelairdslair possibly. Not convinced. Probably for the best if you delete this thread. Of course, that's up to you.
It wasn't quite Sega NAOMI, sadly.
The thing is a beast for its time and it trounces everything in 2d.
