- Residents told CBS 11's Steve Pickett, this is an annual event, but on Sunday night in the 8300 block of Towns Street in Hamilton Park, they felt like they were in a war zone for no reason.
Woman interviewed at the end says the shootings and murders “was very uncalled for”. No really? That’s like the dumbest thing I’ve heard in a while.
She knows who did it. Things don't just pop off on the block like that, with out people knowing. It is the constantly reinforced, ingrained cultire of lies that is killing us.

Hamilton park- People moved here around the 60s as blacks were leaving the Freedman's Town area near downtown. A North Dallas area that was the old Freedman's Town community, the first black community of Dallas and lasted until the mid 1900s, when the highway and the Roseland Homes destroyed most of the area. Please learn your history about neighborhoods in Dallas and STOP judging only god can judge. This is systemic racism
