I'm sorry if you do find this annoying, but I honestly feel the need to correct you, especially considering english exams are coming up. **Nasir, you're not only going to be an amazing doctor, but you are also going to be an inspiration and mentor for so many people across the world!**. Have a good day! :)
Believe in yourself Doc, no matter how hard it is especially on this time of pandemic, believe in yourself that you can do that. Don't worry we are here for you and we support you no matter what... 😊
You were my “role model” for the last two years when it comes to university stuff like learning, memorisation and structure. I’m finishing with my bachelor degree in July 2022 and I’m in a situation where I have to think about “what’s the next step?”. I can only say that I’m gonna watching you and trying to lern from your experiences and use them for my own life :) Best wishes and stay healthy Dawid from Hamburg
Being someone who is going to take the very step towards the aim of being a doctor I sometimes feel nervous and scared and think whether I will be able to do the hardwork and give dedication that this profession demands but at the same time my other self being rational tells me that if I have the determination towards it and I have found it the best for myself then I am definitely gonna make it .So everytime at the end The conclusion ends at "I will definitely do it".After watching this video I totally love the way you express yourself in this video and also love how you think everything in a certain way. I am solid sure that you are gonna be a great doctor!!!!
You've worked really hard on your goal to becoming a Doctor, and at the same time, whilst you were studying you have produced amazing, inspirational videos that have inspired all age groups.I'm 46 years old, and applying to medicine this year.❤
Wow! Totally inspired. Also 46 y/o and trying to work out what postgraduate course to take but a little afraid that my brain will not cope. So thanks for the inspiration!
It's crazy how I relate to everything you said in that video. I actually just started residency in July after 9 years of education. It's scary at first but actually after you realize how much you've learned and you are not alone in this transition.
Your feelings are valid and from someone who has been in your shoes a year ago, we all go through it! It takes a little to adjust but you will be fine 💛 Good luck for your last exams, you're gonna ace it! 💪
As an accounting student I didn't thought that a channel of medical student like you would be the one that will give me motivations I need to study bunch of accounting stuff. The two aforementioned fields are even far related from each other but you did an amazing job. Thank you!
I don't know if anyone feels this way but really I get this great feeling watching your videos like so comforting and deep connection I've been watching you since 2019 It's not that long time but u really helped me focusing throu so many stuff Thank you for what you've done. And good luck❤
Hey there! I'm a Brasilian medical student and it's very nice to hear you being so true about what is like going through all this life things! It's lovely! Very happy to follow your Chanel! XOXO
Milestones and change has always brought a sort of "grief" to me, grieving where you were in life as you adjust to a whole new chapter. I just wanted to jump in and say that not everyone feels that their job is just something they have to do. I'm glad you followed a passion: mine is the weather and as a meteorologist I find new and interesting cases every day, and I still look forward to going to work for each shift!
As a med student myself, I can’t help imagining what my graduation is gonna be like. It’s amazing to follow you through all these years. You inspire a lot of us, Nasir. And I’m sure you are gonna keep inspiring us as a doctor. Thank you so much!
From one doctor to another: you’ll do great dude. :) it’s definitely scary at first, and especially in that first year you’ll feel way out of your depth a lot of the time, but every doctor that ever came before had to go through what you’re about to go through. So just do you best, reflect and learn well, and treat every “mistake” as a way to become a better doctor. There are actually significant parallels in this between medicine and being a creator, but those I’ll let you think about! Take care.
PS if things all seem real dire, just remember: disease happens to people, and we’re the witnesses since we put ourselves there, but we’re not the cause of the disease nor of nature’s outcome. Probably especially useful to remember in what I’m sure will be some pretty intense times in the wards.
You will succeed for sure, we all know that. You have impacted me so much that I can't thank you enough. But yeah my prayers will be with you everyday...and we all will go on with you till the very unknown end. All the best Nasir! 😄😄
Than you so much for sharing this ! I can totally relate , the upcoming change and responsibility are so overwhelming that you can't help overthink the whole process and it's like endless questions popping up about the future and you just have no answers yet , you have no idea how it'll turn out to be. And at the same time you need to be completely focused on the tasks at hand like exams and clinics training and all that . It's definitely a challenging transition but surviving it will definitely shape who we are and our perspective on life . But seeing this video feels like I'm not the only one going through this , so it's just a natural part of the journey and not just me freaking out . Good luck to anyone who can relate 🙏💓✌ it's just a matter of time until we figure it out ..
You're right ! Why are you scared by now ?! You should say "let's goooo" and just do your best regardless other factors out of your controls. Be happy as you make us :)
Nasir, you are going to be an amazing doctor and help a lot of people like you are doing now i.e. motivating us to get some work done and to have a perfect balance in life. I wish you much luck for your life and love you🙂
Nasir, you are the reason why I decided on becoming a doctor in the future. We will always support you! Cannot wait for the future videos on life as a doctor!
I really enjoy your videos, and I've learned a lot. I'm not in the medical profession, so thanks for showing us all how it works. I've recently been a patient dealing with multiple doctors. The difference between a good and bad doctor? The good doctors repeat back what the patient says to confirm they understand and to build that memory. The bad doctor doesn't and that's why he noted the removal of a malignant tumor as a biopsy of a benign mass in my medical records! I hope you continue to make the vlogs so we see how you grow as a doctor, and I hope you continue with organizational and reflective videos as you enter this new phase. Congratulations and best of luck! I know you will be an excellent physician!
Man I've been watching your channel for some time. Now I'm currently on my second-to-last year of med school here in Brazil 🇧🇷 . Almost there as well. One thing that I sensed from the beginning is that you'd be a phenomenal doctor. It's very inspiring to see your journey here on your channel. Keep up the good work. You're amazing dude!! I wish you the best 🙏🏽
i m final year med student from morocco and i m feeling the exact same thing but i m also very excited , all thoses years of hard work now paid off 🥺🥺😍
Take it from someone who's done her fair share of studying at the university.... And has been working for about 6 years now.... And DESPARATELY wants to get back into the university! 😂😂😂 JUST ENJOY THE STUDENT LIFE!!!! 👍💪🤩 The emptiness, the disillusionment, the identity crisis etc. - they all come inevitably once you start working.... Trust me, the years you spent at both universities will stay with you FOREVER! Cherish them and remember them when the going gets tough. And yes, you'll be fine and you'll be an absolutely AWESOME DOCTOR!👍💪🤩😎
After watching your videos for years, it's so rewarding to see your progress in both your confidence as a med student and your ability to reflect. Your feelings are valid and regardless of how those feelings change over time - whether they be positive or negative - they are indicators of change and how you feel about the direction you're going. I'm on my gaps years after uni and honestly, the uncertainty is nerve-racking. Seeing your progress reminds me to stay patient and dedicated. Where I am now can always change to where I want to be. Thank you for making this video, I really needed this 🧡You're the best Nasir, you are going to be an amazing doctor
Wow this is taking me back. The best thing I did in my fifth year was to stick with the F1 and do what they were doing. My supervisor also made me do a night shift which I wasn't too happy about but it was one of THE MOST HELPFUL things I did in my final year, so if you can I'd do that. Like you said take it one step at a time and whatever obstacles come up, know that you'll be able to face them. I can't promise you it'll be smooth sailing. I left medicine after foundation training and it's only recently that I've been thinking about returning to the NHS. C'est la vie. It is what you make of it. (I think.) Good luck!!
Nasir, you are amazing! I'm sure you will thrive a fantastic path in Medicine, and keep knowing that we (your followers) are here for you and to support you ❤🤩
As a former doctor, i advise you, being scared is normal, the responsability is huge however things will be ok 😊you are kind, be patient while examine your patients, and ask a lot of questions because one thing is the books other thing is the pratical work 😉 dont worry
Hey Nasr, watching you is such a huge motivation for me. I am an industrial engineering student from Germany, who is a bit struggling with his engineering courses, but listening to you, seeing the effort you put in your work...Thanks for sharing your passion and reminding us of the passion we have for our study program.
Thank you for this video Doc. I am a second year medical student right now and its a roller coaster ride. Its a very tough journey but its all worth it. Good luck Doc. Youre the best.
Hey kharma, I am starting my final year this February. First of all thank you so much for being the inspiration and mentor for this whole time. Your study with me sessions were phenomenal as they helped get through my annual examinations 💖 Second of all you'll be a great doctor. Bundles of wishes and prayers on your way 🤩😊
This video came in a perfect week for me. I am in my last year of my under graduation in teaching English as a foreign language and in this week I started at my first job as a teacher. Until right now it wasn't terrible but I also have made a lot of mistakes. I am so scared of do something wrong or not teaching in the right way. So many thoughts are in my head right now. In this week I started to think 'you now, maybe I am not good enough for this'. But I have to keep doing it, because this is what I love. I've been studying for four years now, and still feels that I have so much to learn. Your videos really motivates me to be better in my studies and in my work. It is good to see that I am not the first one to be afraid of start working and that I am not going to be the last one. Thank you Nasir.
Hey Nasir, I am one of your Malaysia's fan since you were studying 3rd year medical school at King's College London, you know what, ever since I became an Auditor in my country, I still enjoy watching your youtube channel, glad to see your goal is coming true in near future. Your videos have inspired me, entertained me and educated me a lot than you can imagine. Keep up the good work and see you down the road. Cheers!
I hope you ace your exams. 💖 Going through a similar phase as I'm also giving last med school exams and becoming a doctor in a few months feels a daunting task even though I've been preparing and looking forward to it all my life.
You had such a huge impact on me before i got into the medical field and now I’m a second year med student and you’re still my favorite influencer , keep going you’re great❤️
One of the comments said you are an inspiration for people across the world and i truly agree with it. I mean i’m not even a medicine related student from Hungary (who knows about us anyway) and i still really love watching your videos, they give me some boost of energy sometimes. So keep going on Nasir, we love you:)
I can totally understand you and your fears but I think that you're going to be an amazing doctor! 💫 I'm a medical student as well living in germany and I will write my second state exam in april which means that after that I will be working full time at the hospital for the whole next year. I'll be a medical doctor next year which just blows my mind everytime I think about it! Anyways I wish you the best of luck! 🧠🍀
Me too scary to become a doctor, it is big responsibility and relatives wait for a miricle asp if doctor worsks in surgical direction. Thank you for this video!
3:40 When you turn 16 in an academic environment that has access to education abroad, it’s such a difficult and taxing process to deal with. I’ve never had to go through it, but more power to the people who are dealing with it as we speak.
I have the same feeling about being a Doctor and you are not alone. After all that dedication to Medicine brings a little comfy zone about not making decision. This is our job and yes we have enough courage and knowledge. Thank you for being inspiration cause when i tried to explain it to my friends they have no idea about this feeling. Thx and you will be an amazing doctor I can already see it.
Stumbled across your channel because I recently switched from paper notes to digital notes, I just wanted to tell you that you seem like a wonderful dude and I'm sure you'll do great as a doctor. Best of luck for your future!
Hey believe in yourself.... I'm following you , inspired by you ...you have to accept the challenges and the changes as well Hoping best for the world from India a medical student
I feel this. I have not been as happy as in uni since the day I left. A Job is so final, you "learn by doing" but you don't go there to learn, which is an entirely different situation. I miss all the freedoms and perspectives you have as a student...
As a high school student your videos always motivate me and I really enjoy watching your videos and I really believe that your going be an amazing doctor , I am really happy for you thank you for your inspiring videos and we are here for you no matter what 💕
thats why i like continuous learning. i understand the importance of keeping my brain sharp and fresh (get the sleep, proper food, time outdoors, exercise, meditation)--it makes me ready to learn and able to read and concentrate on books, research papers..these change the way i view the world and the ppl in it, provided i put the time and reflection for it. it keeps my worldview fresh. challenging yourself is impt!! read about somethng you dont understand is helpful.
Nasir you are amazing, you deserve to be a great medic, you studied a lot and i enjoyed all the study with me videos, when i studied with you. You made me more productive and less distracted with your videos. Thank doc ❤️❤️❤️
Your going to be an amazing doctor I will love having you as a doctor so stop doubting yourself and believe in yourself trust me you are going to do amazing and yes you are going to do mistakes but that is ok why because you are going to learn from those mistakes so please stop doubting yourself think about how many people are you going to help
Studying for almost 4 years non stop so that I could get into a med school has been pretty though. And now that I am about to go into med school in hopefully a a month or two I feel a big empty void in my life that is just too hard to fill atm.
i feel the same way:( im starting med school next month. and although I've worked very hard to get here, somehow I don't really feel anything now that Ive actually gotten a step closer to my dreams
Hi! First time commenting here and I will start by saying how much I have appreciated your videos and still study along with you from time to time (10 weeks left of my M.Div. at U of T). I am currently in clinical pastoral education at a local hospital where I not only provide this listening and reflective space you are exploring here, I also do this for the staff and students in all departments. What I hear in your story, which you could explore further (what I would do with you if we chatted) is to take a narrative therapeutic approach (the work of Michael White) drawing on other times in your life where you have already made changes in identity and draw upon those skills you already have into the present. Never been to the UK and if the option is open to you, the spiritual care team or chaplain (does not need to be religious, most times it isn’t), they may be able to help you move into that reflective space if that is supportive to your journey. You aren’t alone in this!
I believe in your that you can be a good doctor. You are one of the most hardworking people. So nothing could come in your way when you put yourself in it!
Nassir I have been watching you and studying with you over the years and Im so proud of you. Im not a medical person at all but I can relate to your hard work and mastery of strategy. Dont be scared, give yourself a 3 month learning curve to learn the computers and after that go in! Love you man, great luck!
Don't give up and keep going and then you're very close to achieving your dream you worked hard you have to be proud of yourself . I really thank you because you always inspired me and finally i hope that someday in the future i success to become a good doctor just like you.
Nasir, your not only going to be an amazing doctor! But you are also an inspiration and mentor for so many people across the world!
he will indeed become a very sincere and comforting doctor ! I am immensely happy for him :))

You were my “role model” for the last two years when it comes to university stuff like learning, memorisation and structure. I’m finishing with my bachelor degree in July 2022 and I’m in a situation where I have to think about “what’s the next step?”. I have many options, start working, doing a master or collect some international experiences in Spain for my life (better English speaking, better Spanish speaker and so on).
I can fully understand your feelings about what is gonna happen in the next paths.
I can only say that I’m gonna watching you and trying to lern from your experiences and use them for my own life :)

Why are there so many indians on this channel?
I'm following you , inspired by you ...you have to accept the challenges and the changes as well
Hoping best for the world from India a medical student
You've got this bro ❤
I feel this. I have not been as happy as in uni since the day I left. A Job is so final, you "learn by doing" but you don't go there to learn, which is an entirely different situation. I miss all the freedoms and perspectives you have as a student...
Good luck
I miss you
Thank you for everything.
As a high school student your videos always motivate me and I really enjoy watching your videos and I really believe that your going be an amazing doctor , I am really happy for you thank you for your inspiring videos and we are here for you no matter what 💕
I'm sure you're gonna be amazing and leave a great influence as usual❤❤
can't wait to see our doctor's adventures in the hospital 🔥
Loved this video! Looking forward to seeing you on the wards next year (fellow final year here!)
You are a real example for all of us!!!❤️
thats why i like continuous learning. i understand the importance of keeping my brain sharp and fresh (get the sleep, proper food, time outdoors, exercise, meditation)--it makes me ready to learn and able to read and concentrate on books, research papers..these change the way i view the world and the ppl in it, provided i put the time and reflection for it. it keeps my worldview fresh. challenging yourself is impt!! read about somethng you dont understand is helpful.
Nasir you are amazing, you deserve to be a great medic, you studied a lot and i enjoyed all the study with me videos, when i studied with you. You made me more productive and less distracted with your videos. Thank doc ❤️❤️❤️
YOU GOT THIS YOU’LL ACE IT💪🏻 enshallah
Best wishes! Thank you for all the inspiration for me & the community- Your already doing amazing work ☀️
Your going to be an amazing doctor I will love having you as a doctor so stop doubting yourself and believe in yourself trust me you are going to do amazing and yes you are going to do mistakes but that is ok why because you are going to learn from those mistakes so please stop doubting yourself think about how many people are you going to help
We are so proud of you ❤️
Best of luck in your career and studies you've got this wish you all the good things
Good you ll be a great doctor as you were a great student

Nassir I have been watching you and studying with you over the years and Im so proud of you. Im not a medical person at all but I can relate to your hard work and mastery of strategy. Dont be scared, give yourself a 3 month learning curve to learn the computers and after that go in! Love you man, great luck!
Don't give up and keep going and then you're very close to achieving your dream you worked hard you have to be proud of yourself . I really thank you because you always inspired me and finally i hope that someday in the future i success to become a good doctor just like you.
