Yes but it may be difficult riding every ride depending how busy it is that day. My recommendation is the look at the app to see the show schedule and plan rides and exhibits before or in between. If you arrive 30 minutes before the gates open you can ride most of the rides in the first 2 hours. I hope that helps!
The funcard may not cover the cost of the ride or tower. The site says the card doesn't cover discounts on food, merchandise parking or guest admission tickets. I couldn't find info about the rides.

For the silver pass, you know how one of the benefits has two free guest tickets, is that a one time thing or does it stay on the pass the whole year?
On the site is says silver pass members get 2 free guest passes per year. Gold is 4, platinum is 6.
We found the "Directions" button useless. No route. Only a tiny map we couldn't read.
I’m not associated with SeaWorld but it sounds like the app might need to be reworked on that aspect.

I don’t work for SeaWorld and I agree some of their pricing is excessive.

There is a security check at the gate. They allow food for people with special dietary needs or young children.
You can bring in water and or light snacks. So long as you don't bring in obvious meals or similar you'll be fine.
