      HA fark toh bahut jaldi aur achha mila hai mera belly fat thodasa jada nahi but thodasa kam huaa hai aur belly jo pehle bahut jada kadak lagti thi touch karne par ab smooth feel hota hai but mai jo pehli wali exercise hai woh theek se nahi kar pati wo 50 hi karti hu aur dusari and tisari 100 count karti hu roj 3 time ab direct 8th day pe aaungi comment karne

    Ma'am me ap ki sari videos dekhi or un me se thin videos ki exercise Maine karna shuru Karti hai 2 hafte se or mujhe bahut acha laga or mera pet or thak ka pet kafi kam hua mujhe bahut achcha lagta hai bahut majak hai exercise bhaiyon mein Dard hota hai Lekin mujhe achcha lagta hai jabtak exercise kar nhi leti tab tak acha nhi lagta mujhe magar ma'am kya period time mein kar sakte hain kya exercise mujhe ye or bata dijiye ap chahie please ma'am ❤❤❤

      @@manjugond1733 yes it is true these exercises do work. I do full workouts along with these exercises 2 times in the morning and one time in the afternoon. Also eating healthy helps.
