More likely too late but I can send you the figure you are missing (Tasha the Witch Queen). My box came with four copies of Tasha (and only two of the Paladin), so would be happy to send you the minifig (note: it isn't opened but the scanned QR code suggests it is Tasha).
11:00 Intellect Devourer. The fun fact about this Lego creature is it will fit over a standard minifig head (just like the Alien Conquest "pet"). In D&D lore, the Intellect Devourer magically consumes the brain, teleports into the vacant skull, and takes control of the body.
You mention the various skin tones of the figures. Lego had the clever idea of giving all the unnamed characters "gloves". This means you can mix and match any head with any torso, there won't be any problems with the colour of the hands not matching that of the face.

That is some fantastic information! Thank you so much. I have picked up the Tasha figure now. So no need to send one my way. I am dissapointed that I forgot what Intellect Devourers were called. They are a somewaht substantial part in the start of Baldur's Gate 3. And yes, the skin tones and different hands is really smart and inclusive. Plus it makes sense lore wise, because characters like to be kitted up. Thanks again!
