Oh the Nativity smalls exchange gift! Oh the Shepherd's Bush little gifts!! Oh the embroidered pouch!!! I would love it all and of course the tray and Brenda's box - all utterly gorgeous :)
So many beautiful pieces from the retreat! Definitely sounds like it's worth the money to go! I look forward to seeing you this weekend at Stitch West!
Hey 👋 nice to see you again 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 I run to see you always ❤❤❤❤ you ALWAYS inspire me to continue stitching 🧵,, thanks for share your love and your enthusiasm god bless you Brenda 😊
Hi Brenda, always great to see another video from you. What wonderful retreat pieces and goodies from Shepherd's Bush! Someday I hope to get in to their retreat and also Stitch West retreat. Have a great time and look forward to seeing all the fun when you return!
Hi Brenda! What a surprise to see another video so soon ☺ So many lovely projects from the Shepherd's Bush retreat, though I think that the Heartstring Samplery chart is my fave. Also - what a perfect small's exchange piece you received! It's so cute 😍 Have the best time at Stitch West!
The Nativity pattern is Tiny Nativity by Bent Creek. I got my pattern from Shepherds Bush. I enjoy watching your flosstube. I love your projects. Thanks for sharing.
Such a fun video! Sounds like you had a hugely fun retreat!! Outstanding goodies. Love all the new charts!! Have fun stitching all of them!! It is true that we all have an abundance of blessings❤
HI, Brenda! I miss you!! I met Jeannette Douglas at a Florida retreat in April. Several of the retreat attendees agreed to start her "Seasons By The Sea" designs because her model was so delightful. I already had the patterns, floss packs and fabric (from maybe 5-6 years ago!). But have I started yet? Noooo... 😊 I will endeavor to start with you in Nov. I love specialty stitches. I am super doubtful that I can finish a season in 3 months. That seems like sooo much stitching! I am telling myself that I won't know until I try. Right? I am trying to stitch 1/12th of Rosewood Manor "A Tisket, a Tasket" every month. And that is a LOT of stitching! (My goal is to finish by the GaRon Stitchery retreat in Sept 2025.) A few of us at this year's GaRon retreat agreed to work on it. So far, I've made better progress than expected. Yay! If you haven't double-checked Jesus' cheek floss color, you might want to. It appeared really different from the kit picture. Starkly red. I think a light salmon would look more "natural". It could just be that the camera altered the appearance, and in person, it looks fine. I hope so! I am so inspired by you and all your stitching! Thank you for that. By the way, six months ago I was #7 on the StitchWest wait list, but I never received an invite. I was rather surprised and, of course, disappointed. As the time went by, I cared less about stitching on the birdhouses because I was so disappointed. The birdhouses are all stitched. I just have the clouds and some backstitch on the fence to finish. Not going to be done this week, but hopefully by Spring I can FFO and display it. If Deb and Keph announce they had cancellations that they could not fill, please tell them you know of one person who never got an invite. Trust me, I have searched everywhere for a message or email from them. Nothing. Oh, well...I'll try again next year. My husband, Dave, MAY retire mid-2025. If so, I hope we can travel out to Arizona to see a half-uncle and some cousins, to Moab, Utah to see Dave's best friend, and to Denver, Colorado to see my almost 90 year old uncle and cousins. That is a lot of ground to cover!! But if I get out your way, I will let you know. For sure! Happy stitching! Becca Klash
