Design flaw and where board was placed at the factory caused that corrosion and unless I missed something where was insulation protection or some kind of plastic cover to protect board. It's common sense you don't leave a computer style circuit board in a place exposed to the elements. Ohh Charles maybe you need to start carrying dioxite on . Your truck and as part of preventive maintenance use that once or twice a, year to prevent that corrosion issue on the circuit boards.
So are those boards under warranty? Even tho it's a manufacturer design faulty situation with the insulation? They got to be costly if not, as a Trane dealer you should be able to put in a feild standard complaint on the situation? As a Bryant dealer in the past we could do that and it would cover the part. More bells n whistles more problems for sure. Thanks for the video.
Got a TAMX AIR HANDLER VIDEO COMING WITH NEW SENSORS AND NEW BOARDS AND TESTING THOSE SENSORS. Only a few year after the TAM9 air handler they once again had to change what was working and deliver a new air handler to replace one that was only 6 years old and screw it all up.

Trane parts costs are not as bad as some others. That board is around $150
We usually have no problem with warranty claims with boards with Trane.
No full test with the probes? darn.
