I'd like to purchase just the two Reggae / Island kits, the price for the whole Designer Pack is way too high for just these two kits I would like to use. Who do I contact to get an offer for these 2, please?

ive struggled with this hi hat set up, so, when calibrating, is the cymbal free weight on the unit or are you stepping on it while adjusting it? I am stepping on it and closing it with the pedal and then adjusting, is this wrong? I will go a head and mess with it just in case but i havent found this to be superior over the pedal only (old style) so far... maybe its me and im doing it wrong? haha, thanks

From Chris... "It needs to sit free on the base unit with clutch loose. Then the adjustment knob on the clutch will raise/lower the hat to the right position arrows as indicated on the module screen."

First of all I have tried to calibrate the hi-hat so many times and turning that nut is just a joke. And secondly if you bring that hi-hat rubber unit down onto the electronic plunger and its resting in it. Then what is the sense calibrating it when it is fully closed because that is what it is. And if what you say is that you calibrate it that way so that it recognizes that it's fully closed. Then why don't you just say dropped the hi-hat so that it is fully closed and then turn the nut until you can get it to line up with the two arrows. I don't understand it anyways because then you're going to step on the hi-hat to adjust the clutch so that it is or rather raises so that you have some action with a spring

I have played in many bands that played in a band called concrete blond for years I'm a decent drummer I can make a cardboard box sound good and that's really the object isn't it. So like I say when they're not going to answer the phone anymore and you spend that much money and they're not going to talk to you about service or anything you know what I'm done with them

I want to get rid of my rolling kid because they have nobody in their Factory anymore that will answer the phone and talk to you about anything or any problem or anything that has to do with something that maybe you spent $5,000 on I think that is wrong
