Sounds amazing, great job.
I'm having issues with noises. I think it's because the energy. Are you using a noise gate between the guitar and the QUAD? Are you using the QUAD like an audio interface?
Hey man, thanks for your time.
So I‘m not using a gate between guitar and qc. But I have the input gain active on the qc.
But it still can get noisy sometimes depending on how close I am to the pc or the screen or any LED lights etc. And also depending on pickups I can get more or less noise.
And no I don‘t use it as an interface, I connect my qc into my interface via xlr.

@@buricaliskan You didn't mention which IR you're using, did you like the IR package?
@@fernandoandradevfx if I recall correctly I‘m using number 8. and yes I like these IR‘s very much. But they are also the first ones I ever used so I don‘t have any comparisons 😁
Good description of a compressor
You can still upload the preset but the IR will just be missing for anyone that doesn't have it. In which case, the only they would have to do is replace it with a cabsim or get the IR themselves. It's a very minor issue.
That is very good to know 👌 I always wondered what would happen of I tried 😁 didn‘t want to get into an illegal situation because of me sharing IR‘s.

Hey, PRS & QC fan boy here. Love how the preset sounds. Poly Octaver sounds gorgeous in QC, especially with high gain. In video sound is a bit clipping, I always tweak gain on the audio interface. Also, what input gain you have in QC?
Hey man, same here haha.. you are absolutely right. I heard it in edititng aswell. The lead and octo lead scenes sound like they are clipping. But it‘s because apparently the signal was too hot for my OBS to handle 😂💪
Don‘t have that issue when recording into cubase 👌
And also, I don‘t know the input gain. Never changed it from the default setting.

Great vid, however I believe the audio from QC was clipping, at least on my headphones it was :D
Yes heard it too in editing. The last two scenes were too hot for my obs session recording the qc directly 😁

Hi Buri, nice video. But why do you set a parallel signal path to "nothing"? The ir, reverb and chorus blocks would fit in to the straight signal path. So it kind of senseless...
Hey, thanks for the comment. I might try to move it around a bit. There isn‘t any particual reason to place them the way I did except for visual reasons. it made sense for my brain and I had the space to do so 😁👌

Hiç hx stomp denemedim. Ama bi arkadasimin helixi var ve gayet mutlu onunla. Hx stomplarda iyidir muhtemelen.
Ama bana sorarsan ben yine de quad cortex alirim. Benim yapmak istediyim tarz için ideal bence 😁💪

You can still upload the preset and keep the IR private.
Really? Does that happen automatically or do I have to do something special?
I think, any capture or IR that is not on the device initially will be marked as private. Or you can save the preset to another bank, remove the IR and upload that version to cortex cloud.
