    Hey Chris, so good to see teleradiology happenining, I am a radiology resident and i look forward for a flexible future where I can decide if i want to work from home or in the hospital. I would like to know more about the possibilities to work as a teleradiologist. Is it possible in every country, how long have u been doing it, what did u do before?
    Thanks in advance, u great!

    Hi, very interesting setup. I also want to create teleradiology at my home. I just wondering at minute 2:00, what is the monitor that you use for scrolling DICOM images? I cannot read the label. I noticed you are using RadiAnt 😄. Sorry for asking in the old RUclips video. Thanks a lot.

    Hello there, I was wondering about Teleradiology and how everything works. I read online that it is something both radiologists and radiologic technicians can do? How exactly does this work?

    Thanks for your video, I am currently finishing my medicine studies and wondered about the salary range of teleradiologists? Is it similar to one working the same amount in a hospital and could you also work from other places than home if u had your equipment(legally)? Thank you

    • @DrChristophAgten
      @DrChristophAgten  Год назад +1

      Depends largely on country, setup etc. And your speed.
      Normally it's a pay per study setup. The more you work, the more you earn.

      I have my own telerad company. I don't recommend telerad after residency . Get a proper consultant job for a few years. Maybe even try to specialise before going telerad.

    Hallo
    kann man ihnen MRT-CDs zusenden (oder kann man das auch anders übermitteln ?) und sie beurteilen diese in einem Video? Hätte ein Ganzkörper MRT (ohne KM) von einem Teenager hier, was aufgrund von V.a. CRMO gemacht worden ist. Hat sich nicht bestätigt. (er hat jedoch sich in Abheilung befindliche Tibiakopf-Nekrosen. Bds an ähnlicher Stelle). Mittlerweile haben wir die Diagnose Antitrypsinmangel (PiMZ) bekommen und mich würde interessieren, wie seine Leber bezüglich AAT-Mangel aussieht. Vielleicht hab ich sogar noch ein LWS MRT von mir. Hab auch PiMZ. Wäre auf dem LWS MRT die Leber zu sehen?
    Oder sind MRT Aufnahmen (ohne KM) bezüglich Leberbeurteilung nicht aussagekräftig? Ginge mit hauptsächlich um die Beurteilung von Lebersteifigkeit/Leberzellenschädigung durch falsch gefaltete/steckengebliebene AAT-Proteine.

      @@DrChristophAgten yea I'm not fully sold on Grabb-Oakes, BDI per se... I've seen translation shifts in measurements. Some have it, some don't.
      I found some patients with poor #'s per the so called standards reported and they are fine, others suffer. (Yet surgeons try to use it to approve surgery 😤)
      There is a group of "cci related symptoms" not that it is. Perhaps Tethering or tears in the PAOM that's the culprit (just my hypothesis).
      Unfortunately Balance, Swaying, Dizziness, Head Pressure, Ear fullness is not exactly an isolated group of symptoms.

    are there any set hours for the job? like 7 days on and 7 days off, or do you just need to finish the cases within 24hrs?
