I moved to Vegas on November 30, 2023. I looked at communities in Henderson, but I do not recall coming across these. The units are lovely, and the WFH space is a plus. The darker grey cabinetry and sliding door are very appealing to my personal taste. The one bedroom looks larger than 680 sq feet. The dumb bells are a gym rat’s dream‼️🤣 The only down side to me is the lack of an elevator. I have lived on the upper level of an apartment that did not have an elevator. It is certainly doable, as long as you do not have a restricting disability. I considered the stairs to be an addition to my cardio workout. My current 3rd floor unit is located close to the elevator, but I prefer taking the stairs. I only utilize the elevator if I am using my wagon. Your tours are immensely engrossing. Look at me…moved and still obsessed‼️❤️
Yes this place is super nice I absolutely loved it! But yes there is some things I would have preferred like elevator, larger gym etc. But it’s beautiful and I love the area ☺️☺️☺️☺️

From what I hear a lot of people prefer Henderson because it’s still growing but there has been a few break ins in Henderson area. But it is a nice area, summerlin has become a little saturated so people have been moving to Henderson ☺️
I absolutely hated this apartment. It is poorly constructed and you can hear everything through the wall. Buggy and basic. I finally decided to rent a house for the same price.

The units look great BUT not having elevators?! And gym was lack luster. Oh well… Great video as usual.
From what I’ve seen in Vegas, most apartments don’t have elevators
The heat makes things break down out here. 3 stories for elevators is kinda pointless out here.

The units look good, but are over priced based on no elevator and no garage. Also, the prices has increased significantly since Covid!!
