In Samsung Galaxy we have Routines and Modes wherein we can set individual all settings. Also if we unfold the phone then we can set some preset routine. In my Z Fold 5 I have set 120 hz when unfolded and 60 hz when folded. Also ringtone will be silent when unfolded. When I launch RUclips then phone will automatically trigger 60 hz mode only as RUclips only supports till 60 fps.
