Exactly what I was looking for, my 07 e350 went into limp mode and had to drive to a local shop to erase the code. Luckily for me it wasn’t far. Need to change my conductor plate. But it got me home and drove fine a few months later
Not a Sprinter owner, but Super helpful review of the scanner I have been wanting to buy. Just purchased on Amazon and subscribed to your channel. Keep up the good work!
Good review, just remember that the scanner and codes can get you close to the problem and sometimes it’s not the actual problem, but rather the symptom. A good volt meter is handy to check resistance in circuits
I am putting the engine and transmission from the van into my 1965 c10 stepside and I wanted to see if I could bipass the heater and auxiliary heater. Could I do so by running the heater hose buy the exhaust manifold to the hose off the egr?
armo byzantine yep things just keep getting more technological! This days you can’t just be a mechanic that’s good at wrenching every day, but you need to have a computer to do proper diagnostics, Autel has some that even sell for 5k I hope to get my hands on that but this will do for now, it’s not my favorite scan tool
@@ZimaletaMotors my friend 15 years ago had 20 k dollars snap on that had four cooling fans that did all vehicles USA Asia Africa Europe I mean everything rolls Royce Ferrari lambo what a dummy he was and a waste of money lololololo
Lol well that might be funny story but some cost even more, but tools like computers are getting more and more affordable a good thing for the Average consumer or DIY
The 13 pin connector seal starts leaking and high pressure from transmission pushes the transmission fluid trough the wiring up and under the driver seat into the TCM causing a short Circuit or a limp mode, I know this sounds like a joke but it’s very much true
But this one sir maxilink I never heard before ..this one sir okey to use in to any car ..I mean this softwer sir..thank you sir for asnwering my question because I already ordered maxilink
