We are staying in December as a bit of a rake and ordered a AC unit, very simple and delivered to the door. We usually stay at the Sir Anthony or Cleopatra down the road and have done for years but as we are possibly looking to buy in this complex we wanted to stay for a couple of weeks to check it out. So far they've been super helpful at the paraque😁.
Playa del Camison Beach beside these apartments and it is the cleanest beach on the island - it also has the nicest golden sand - peoples cocktail bar on the beach too. its our fav
Reading the comments already here it is interesting. PA3 is a superb place to stay for its location, its pool and so forth. BUT. It depends who you book with. Jet2 gets the better apartments on the GARDEN side not the MILE side. Not a Studio, rather a one bed apartment even the oldest decor ones are lovely and cool when its 30c outside. The Atlantico prices are high but the food is very good morning and night; steak was excellent. Pool not heated and it is salt water..be aware of that. 10 Days there garden facing second week of June 29c to 32c and no problem at all without aircon. You are paying for being on the front. Compare it to Laguna Park 1 and 2. Thank you for this video Kev. Recommended place to be. Self Catering king.
Stayed here lots of times if you are unlucky get a old room which is in need of updating pink bath and toilet etc.Never needed air con even in the heat wave a couple of weeks ago
Kevin last November we had one over looking the mile, far too noisy couldn’t sleep, be careful everyone if you book a one bed rather than studio you may be on the mile.
Hotel Cleopatra is our go to hotel but if we need to save a few quid then we stop in the PS3 as they are next door to each other so you benefit from being on the MIle but on a budget. We have managed without air con each time we have stopped there (Xmas, May and early Sept) but our daughter was there in late Sept this year and the temp went up to mid 30's but they were able to rent an air con unit fom reception for £60 for the week. With all the building work going on at the Med Palace at the moment we are trying La Siesta in a few weeks time, what is peoples opinion of there? Keep up the walks Kev
We've stayed in LA SIESTA the rooms are nice, but too many permanent sun shades. Pay your dining room drinks bill often and check it, some people just give any room number so it might end up on yours.
We stayed in 3 July last year in one of the rooms facing the golden mile. It was a decent room, but we only had a ceiling fan. We do take USB fans with us, which work really well. The pool isn't heated and is salt water, so it leaves your skin feeling rough. It's not my favourite area. i much prefer Costa Adeje, and cost wise, it's not much difference
I was just staying there.. 8th September for 10 days... rooms are brutal. Cock roaches.. decor is crap. Everything else was sweet.. kids pool is fresh water.. didn't bother with the other pools... no air con 😢
All the bars around PS3 can't buy their beer etc.from the brewery, the company that owns PS3 & PS4 buys all the drinks and the bars have to buy from them,so they both need a profit. All the rooms have ceiling fans which really help at night.
I own an apartment and don’t have aircon as people who stay put in on on arrival and leave it on 24/7 for the duration of their stay, even when out all day and evening, just think of our electric bill! Would have to put the prices to cover it
@@philipjones9458 Sorry fella, not sure if your response was directed at me or Sandra? We don't actually own a villa in Lanza, but tend to stay in one where we pay for metered AC useage. Just thought it'd be an option to offer AC (via a meter) if the occupier/renter is prepared to pay for it? I know I'd sooner have the choice if I were a holidaymaker👍
Thanks for Watching !

@@doughaslehurst5108 thanks for the advice, I think we will go “pay as you go” at the bar then 🍹

Hello Kev, we've stayed in PS 3 for more than 20 years and meet a lot of people who have done the same. You have to remember PS3 is only 3 star ,
Silly if you need to hire a aircon ,agree i would not go if no aircon unless jan /feb
So dont any of the Parque Santiago rooms have aircon?
Didnt realise that, would definitely put me off staying there.
Ceiling fans lol I was dripping.. I was praying my kid didn't ask me make him noodles.. it got hot lol

Stop staying in really bad accommodation Kev, stay in better accommodation mate surely it will pay off 😊
He's always on a budget. Otherwise would be imposible to do so many videos.
Remember viewers: all these videos are made to help you.
No air conditioning no me !!!
Guys drop air con to your room..
can you share the company who provides this?
@thomasmccoy14 you can get aircon and other things at reception in parque santiago 3..
😎👍🏻
More expensive because of the view lol

We always stay in a villa in Lanzarote and the AC is on a seperate meter. Costs us a two or three euros a night to use. Just an idea????
Hope you tell them no air con.
