  • We took a trip to Grand Central Market and Angels Flight Railway in Downtown Los Angeles.
Grand Central Market is a large building packed with restaurant stalls and tiny markets. It’s known for its diverse food and is always crowded. We looked around for treats and came across some cookies. We then walked around a little more and found ice cream.
Across the street from Grand Central Market is Angels Flight Railway, the world’s shortest railway built over a century ago.
We got in the car and took the short and steep ride up the hill. At the top is a plaza with business buildings and museums nearby.
We then got our tickets and took the return ride back down.
Grand Central Market and Angels Flight Railway are a fun and quick excursion to do in downtown Los Angeles

Going from the S. Hill St, where did you buy the ticket? From the video it sounded like you only got tickets going back down. And seems like there are nothing at the bottom and station is only at the top. Did you pay after you had the ride?

Thanks for watching! The ticket booth is at the top. If you start at the bottom, you just get on and then pay when you get to the top. If you start at the top, you pay before you get on. You can pay for either a one way trip or round trip ticket.
