🤔⁉️ I find it hard to believe that being this is an older release of Lara’s it doesn’t have a lot of views, and has only a small # of comments, AND nearly all not in English. She has a very beautiful voice and I have so many of her other songs/videos that are in English. This being said, I think she would do a wonderful cover of Edith Piaf’s ‘La Vie en Rose’ (which is in French, and means ‘life in roses’ 🌹)! It’s a shame imo that THIS song isn’t given the exposure it deserves here in the 🇺🇸 US!
Just heard it for the first time today at a circus, of all places. Thought maybe it was Celine Dion or something but Shazammed it and discovered a whole new artist to check out! Annnnnnd in the same performance one of the clowns played Je Ne Regrette Rien on the accordion and my kids were all amazed that I knew (at least SOME of) the words…
I made a comment on anothet video of hers that she is reminiscent of Piaf.. and in no way lesser. It's her immersion in the performance. She gives with every bit of her being. She's even more amazing live.
