I’m a tbi survivor. It happened when I was 16 years old. I waited until I was 38 to get married. My wife and I went to high school together but she got married to another man after high school. After 20 years and having 5 kids with the other man, they ended up getting divorced. I’m not a perfect man. I do have some outbursts. She has suffered ptsd from her first marriage and says that my outbursts are making her go through all of that again. I do love my wife and her kids very much! I’m trying to remain calm and collect. She still seems very scared of me. She keeps researching and watching so many videos about how life with a person who has a tbi is hard. I do understand that I’m not the easiest man to love.
