It took me a long time to distinctly notice the movement of swelling with protrusion of tongue.
It was apparent to me only when I noticed the change in the swelling's position relative to the Adam's apple in the beginning of the video.
Thought I will comment For anyone else who may find it difficult.
I also think that the swelling doesn't move with deglutition. Can someone confirm?

Actually what I saw was that on protrusion of tongue swelling moved away from Adam apple but didn't come back, it came back after degluttition. Please see once more and let me know what you think

That Cyst is over 4 cms. It is big... removing it would leave a hole un the Neck. That Cyst would be like iceberg and once removed would leave a hole ? Thanks
