The 130 was a complete flop for Mercedes-Benz, as it was not very well received among the buying public in those days. Only 4,298 were built from 1934 to 1936, making it an extremely rare car trhese days. My great-uncle had one - until it was "commissioned" by the WEehrmacht. in 1940, never to be seen again.
