What's your favourite for a deep pitched tactile switch (I have only been a kaihl box pink user for a while but I find myself interested in getting some tactiles)
i preordered the zoom98 now for q1/q2 2024 my current setup KBD87 mk2 ePBT Ivory POM Plate Durock V2 Stabs Lubed G205 Boba U4T Lubed which Switchescould you recommend?? for thocky poppy deep sound?
With the POM plate, I’ve really liked my Invokeys Matcha Lattes recently! Other than that, standard Aqua King or Oil King recommendations are always best
Ahhh sorry I misread! Tangies and Aqua Kings have always been the smoothest stock switches I’ve tried, they use a light oil but the results are so smooth

Deep sound…. The best is the Boba U4Ts…. Most other tactiles with a big bump sound a bit higher pitch because of the long pole stems
@@tom_types ended up getting gateron Quinns in the end, they're really good

@@tom_types i thought pc was the deepest. all your switches are linear not tactile right?
I find PC sounds quite different on different plates, I’d say quieter would suit PC more than thockier…. And yeah most of mine are linears that I test
Any prelubed smooth non-long pole switches I should look out for? Something recently released would be nice.
The KNC Keys Preference switch and the Vertex V1 switch have some good reviews.
These Diamonds are very good, the Doom switches come in some lubed versions too… Im not sure if I’ve tried many pre-lubed long pole linears
@@tom_types what about non-long pole linears? Im getting a bit sick of long pole switches lol

Honourable mention to Oil Kings and Epsilons (although I forget if Epsilons are long or short as I sold them a while ago)
Most goofy looking switches
I think it’s cool! A thousand times better than the MX top that everyone has used for decades for sure!
