I agree and disagree. If you listen to the lyrics The chick from iconapop says "sometimes I'm my own worst enemy all I have are some blurred out memories...". While they embrace their never ending party goer lifestyle they recognize that there are back draws to such a lifestyle and sometimes regret as well as a lack of meaning in living such a way. I think this extends to the lifestyle that so many ppl aim to achieve now and while being carefree and reckless with out regard to what day it is or what responsibilities one may have is appealing and exciting, there are downsides. It's a duality that iconapop and Louis the Child are extremely successful in demonstrating in this song/video. Props to this collab.

Artists can maintain their old style yet also produce a single pop hit. It's not like Louis The Child has sacrificed their style for this one song, nor do they have to. Besides, as far as electropop anthems go, this is really good. Generic enough to be catchy but unique enough to be LTC's style.
