@chanxy84 please listen carefully to the whole training course, and you will get the answer. Performance parameters attached with the reference method, including acceptance criteria
انا فهمت كفايه For verification, only Precision, repeatability and reproducibility and accuracy Ay every concentration level I use And I don't need linearity to be done because I make repeatability for the two concentration level, low and high, right I mean for clinical laboratory
There are two types of linearity, instrument and method. Method linearity will be proved by repeatability and reproducibility for concentration levels that will cover the range of interest for your analytes but instrument linearity need to be done by analysis of calibration standards to get calibration curve and should cover concentration levels and you should get acceptance criteria
Your teaching styles is great sir, we are easily understood the process away ....love you sir
Thank you so much, appreciate your kindness
Very nice explanation! Thank you
Most welcome
THANK YOUUU 😭😭 thank youuu 🙏🏾🙏🏾Wow!
لو المختبر يتبع معيار اصبح مهمل ولكن مشابه 100% بالجديد هل استطيع اعمل صلاحيه ومراجعه له !
أستأذنك قولها بالإنجليزي عشان المصطلحات بس
Does that mean that if you're following entirely to a standard or reference method without any changes, you only need to do method verification?
Yes
@@AccreditedLaboratory What are the performance characteristics needed in method verification?

Thank you very useful
Thank you brother
Most welcome brother
Thanks
