How can I make verification for the standard method OIML R 76, what are the needed items that I should have to say that my lab has the capability to use that method

For example, i have standard method for water content determinatiom and then I develop this method. Can i just compare results from this two method and determine whether its significantly different by t test?
If you have a standard method you should verify and if you have 2 methods one of them verified and other one still not verified or validated, you can use t test to compare and find if there’s significantly difference between them. If no difference so not verified method can be used to analyze the same target analytes, but also you should evaluate other performance parameters to insure the validity of this method
