      My parents are acting like the lowkey dictatorship in Canada! They should not be allowed to be guardians of any adult anymore, even over me! Justin Trudeau (the Liberal Prime Minister) and Chrystia Freeland (who calls herself the Deputy Prime Minister but is really the deputy dictator) are such incompetent buffoons! Mexico has ruled guardianship of adults 18 years and older unconstitutional since 2021 and Mexico still has the best hospitality in Latin America! Mexico 🇲🇽 is actually safer than the USA 🇺🇸, and yet I’m still a proud American who believes in Constitutional law and order! I support freedom of speech and all the rest of it! Laws still need to be reformed so that the right to full legal capacity is a reality for all adults 18 and older! Guardianship violates the state and federal Constitutional guarantees of due process because it infringes upon an adult’s fundamental right to the least restrictive means of care. Everyone, tell your state legislature to abolish guardianship and preserve the rights of disabled people in the name of the 14th Amendment, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution! Tell the Supreme Court your legal argument as to why they shall rule guardianship unconstitutional to prevent these abuses of power and violations of rights from occurring in the future!

      The problem is that our constitution was written way too recently, and therefore was written by lawyers and politicians rather than founders and visionaries of the country. As a result, our constitution isn't worth the paper it's written on. The constitution starts with a "reasonable" clause that basically says "the government can decide whether any of these restrictions are reasonable". Which completely invalidates the rest of the document. And that doesn't even count the notwithstanding clause witch outright states that even if a government action cannot be justified in their own minds as reasonable, they can still opt out of following the constitution.
      We might as well not even have a constitution.

However our actual constitution known as the British North America act however old Pierre the communist librano made some alterations from the old BNA act removing the parts that support our rights to 1: private property including our guns, and 2; the absolute right to self defense by any means necessary, What's needed is once the Prime Mistake is completely defeated the 'charter' is ripped up and rewritten to be more like the US Bill of Rights ensuring that acts like the first and second amendments in that legal manuscript endowing our rights to freedom of speech, and the right to bear arms are legally enforced not over written by leftist nonsense like in our current charter.

Recently I wrote an article on Bill C-63: "Citizens will avoid criticizing the government; social media companies will act reflexively by removing any content that the government wants to censor; journalists, writers and commentators will not dare criticize gender, ethnicity, religion or the indigenous file for fear of the Inquisition.
    In 1984, its protagonist Winston, believed that freedom is the right to believe that two plus two equals four. After he is tortured and his spirit is broken he sits at a café and traces two plus two equals five in the dust on his table.

(If it stays a country on the map though, it will probably become like Russia.)

      Iron, we've tried repeatedly to alter Canada's. The most compelling was Preston Manning' appeal that " we want in". The ROC, especially the East didn't want us in. And that's the way it is today. Unless there's a fundamental change in the voting structure, where Ontario ( especially Toronto) and Quebec decide the election before our polls even close, nothing will change. Frankly, I'm done with it. Alberta, in order to survive must separate.

    • @williaminnes6635
      @williaminnes6635 9 месяцев назад

      The best case scenario is that ALL of the provinces separate from one another.
      Ideally this is a controlled process over the course of several years over which functions are devolved and the Canada Act and then British North America Act are repealed in chunks.

    • @ironhell813
      @ironhell813 9 месяцев назад

      I think Alberta is showing the route the ROC has to take. Provincial powers were always there just eastern pressure to toe the line made it impossible, now other provinces might find the courage to step up and make themselves known to Ottawa. Rather than separate, a US style system where the states oppose the feds is desirable and will happen. I doubt Alberta will need to separate, rather will take her place as a teacher and leader of other provinces.

    • @ironhell813
      @ironhell813 9 месяцев назад

      The reason the eastern half is running the show is the Quebec act of 1791. It gave Quebec control of upper Canada and There’s been variants of it to this day. Quebec was the first province to use its provincial powers and it uses them to control the ROC but other provinces doing it will take this advantage away. I have been advocating for provincial power use for decades but federal bribes have slowed it, maybe the ROC will see independence is worth more than entitlements
