You’ve already hired a manager to run it for you. It will eat away at some of your profits, but, if you’ve never been in a position to do that job, and if this thing makes you millions, it’s definitely worth it. Unless the skilled employee dies or quits on the spot, you’re fine. If you notice that the previous owner is integral to keeping the employees, ask to have them around for about 6 months while you’re looking for replacements once they go, so you’re not left high and dry.
